Here’s Why I’ve Been Quiet: A Necessary Reset in My Work
If you’ve noticed that I’ve been a little quiet in here, I want to be transparent about why. I’m in a season of exhaustion. After years of teaching, building, and leading—especially around getting paid to speak—I’ve reached a point where I can no longer hold that space the way I was. It requires a level of output, explanation, and energy that I’m not available for right now. So I’m making a decision. I’m simplifying. I’m returning to what I know works, what flows naturally, and what I’ve been anchored in for over a decade: Names. Identity. And the path of Self-realization. This is the foundation of everything I teach. Transforming your self realization into income is a byproduct of that. If you’ve been wanting deeper support, especially around stepping into your voice or hosting your own event, you can reach out to me directly to discuss what options are available. That pathway isn’t gone—I’m just not leading with it right now. Right now, I’m prioritizing my mental state and health. I trust that the ones who are aligned will understand. P. S. I’ll still be posting in here when inspired. But I need rest & space right now. Thanks for understanding. — Dr. Kimesha

!!! Need Your Help Please!
Hey Identity Shifters! I need a HUGHHHHHH favor from you! If the Identity Lab has helped you create any clear result, would you be willing to leave a short Google review about it? I'm currently building a landing page for the Identity Lab & official Google reviews help a alot! The result doesn’t have to be huge. It just needs to be real and specific. Examples of results you might share: • You finally launched your YouTube channel after thinking about it for x years • You gained clarity about your offer or message • You stopped going back and forth and actually executed something (be specific about what the something is) • You took an action that led to money or a new opportunity because of something in the Identity Lab (be specific about what it was) • You finally understood where your nervous system was causing you to freeze or stop in a specific time frame Please don’t focus on praising me. This isn’t about making me look good. What helps future students is hearing the result you experienced. Think about what result YOU would want to see on a review that would make you say "I need to be in there". If it helps, you can use this simple format: 1. What were you struggling with before joining the Identity Lab?2. What insight, shift, or action happened while you were inside? 3. What result or progress came from that? Example structure: "Before joining the Identity Lab, I had been sitting on my message for 2 years and couldn’t get myself to move. Inside the community I finally got clarity on what I would offer the world and launched my YouTube channel/Podcast/Website etc. The nervous system prompts helped me see exactly where I was freezing." *** One more important thing:Please mention “Identity Lab” in your review so people know what you’re referring to. Leaving a review like this would help me tremendously because it shows people the real-world results coming from the work we’re doing inside the Lab. Thank you in advance. Your Pricing Is an Identity Decision
The amount you charge for your services actually has nothing to do with the dollar amount. It’s about the level of transformation your nervous system believes you can safely facilitate and what you are open to receive in exchange for that level. In other words, it’s about your 👉🏽 identity & the internal story it holds What we call an “offer” is really a container for depth. Lowest level of depth = information. Higher level of depth = guided implementation. Deepest level = identity transformation sustained over time. Here’s an example from my previous events. Notice how the price increases as the depth increases: $8 = access $27 = proximity $499 = 1:1 personalized insight $1,111 = 9 weeks of structured identity reconstruction $3,500 = 9 weeks of identity reconstruction + 5-day immersive retreat (embodiment) Different prices. Different containers. Different levels of change. Truth💣 Different levels that I am able to hold & receive internally. These numbers change depending on who YOU believe you are. #period Low ticket doesn’t mean low value. High ticket doesn’t mean greed. They both reflect how deeply you’re prepared to go — and how deeply you’re structured to support someone through implementation. Because you can deliver information in an hour. But deep transformation requires structure, accountability, and identity stabilization. And that’s what people are paying for. When you look at your current offer or offer stack… Are your prices aligned with the depth you can truly hold? Or aligned with the version of you that feels safer staying small?

@Dr. Kimesha McDowell I have to work hard to stay out of other people’s pockets in this way 😬😭🙃
The cost
I first wanted to do this sometime around 2018. I recognized the skills earlier on however unaware what I would want to do with the skills. I have always helped others to heal in one way or another, even as a young child but unaware of what that meant truly, unaware of a gift. Tracing back to at least 2018, it’s been 2,555 days This has cost me a lot of money for nursing school! The peace of operating in my true self. This has cost me heartache as I absorbed more than I could expel for lack of wisdom regarding my calling. This has cost me pain as a result of self doubt, constantly denying self and time that I could have been focused on my own inner world instead of competing in the outer world for their paper acknowledgment (although helpful, depending) I had lost ME as a result of split identity. And a lot of sleep and confidence!
