Here’s Why I’ve Been Quiet: A Necessary Reset in My Work
If you’ve noticed that I’ve been a little quiet in here, I want to be transparent about why. I’m in a season of exhaustion. After years of teaching, building, and leading—especially around getting paid to speak—I’ve reached a point where I can no longer hold that space the way I was. It requires a level of output, explanation, and energy that I’m not available for right now. So I’m making a decision. I’m simplifying. I’m returning to what I know works, what flows naturally, and what I’ve been anchored in for over a decade: Names. Identity. And the path of Self-realization. This is the foundation of everything I teach. Transforming your self realization into income is a byproduct of that. If you’ve been wanting deeper support, especially around stepping into your voice or hosting your own event, you can reach out to me directly to discuss what options are available. That pathway isn’t gone—I’m just not leading with it right now. Right now, I’m prioritizing my mental state and health. I trust that the ones who are aligned will understand. P. S. I’ll still be posting in here when inspired. But I need rest & space right now. Thanks for understanding. — Dr. Kimesha

@Bianka Burke yes the name readings are my differentiation. And also it’s precisely what my name says I’m here to do. So let me stop making this harder than it actually is lol!
Progress Report
Hey Everybody I just wanted to say, since joining the Lab on February 15th, I have quit my job, started telling my story on social media and booked a Reiki client for a 4 week treatment plan! This client came to me by the way. ~ Keep on working your magic, because it’s working

Which Steps Have You Completed??
I was about to schedule the next live class for building your $1,000 event… but before I do that, I need to see where you actually are. I’ve already given you: - Step 1: Pricing (Revenue Calculator) - Step 2: Problem + Offer (AI Prompt) - Step 3: Market + Positioning So let’s make this simple: 👉 Which step have you fully completed? And when you answer, 👉 Show me the result - What price did you land on? - What problem are you solving? - Who is your audience + what makes you different? If you haven’t completed any of these steps: 👉 Are you aware of what’s actually making you feel unsafe to execute?? Because I can almost guarantee that your reason for lack of execution is NOT what you’re saying it is. It is lack of nervous system safety which at its root is identity confusion. This is not to shame you. This is to increase self awareness. P.S. I’m not moving to the next step until I see who’s actually in motion. Dr. Kimesha

@Bianka Burke thank you for sharing. How did you do with the nervous system prompts on the end of the worksheets. Do you feel safe executing this so far??
This AI Prompt Finds You Money
Last week we talked about how to extract value from your lived experiences. Not by motivation or inspiration. Or "I help you become a better version of yourself". But with monetizable value. And with real numbers. Some of you nodded & said, “That makes sense.” But we didn’t actually walk through it live. So watch the video because I'm using the exact prompt in real time. And when it asked about the problem I can solve, I didn’t give it something strategic with a tangible outcome. I gave it something emotional, internal & subjective. And probably something that most people think is non-monetizable. And it still identified where the money was hiding. If you’re in Identity Lab and you’re sitting on: – Unused stories of personal transformation – Emotional experiences that you conquered – Hard seasons that you overcame & found solutions for – Lessons you haven’t structured into monetization Then you’re sitting on unused assets stored in your mind. *WORD MAGIC MOMENT* Your mind is a meant..... meaning your mind is a MINT (it creates money). The only thing is...... you have to mean it when you say it. This prompt finds the money for you. Watch the video. Then go run your own experiment through it. And when you do — drop in the comments: What did it surface that you didn't see before?

@Candice Dixon I love that! Let’s put a number to that. How much is the problem you solve worth over a 3 year period??
A Story About Paying Without Hesitation Of Price
This is why extracting the expensive problem you solve matters. My sunroof started leaking the other day. And I live in Florida… so it often rains on & off I found someone who could come out within 2 hours. I asked the price. He said $180. I did not blink at it. I didn’t hesitate. I didn’t negotiate.I didn’t shop around. I said yes immediately. Because I understood what this could turn into: – Mold in the seats and flooring – Electrical damage (expensive and hard to diagnose) – A small issue turning into a multi-thousand dollar problem So $180 didn’t feel expensive. It felt like prevention. And it doesn’t matter that it only took him 30 minutes to do. This is how you shift how you think about the price you charge for your offer. People don’t pay based on price. They pay based on how expensive the problem becomes if they ignore it. This is why in industries like: – HVAC/Plumbing – Auto repair/Home repair Price becomes irrelevant in urgent situations. Because the cost of waiting is higher than the cost of fixing. When people are hesitating, it’s usually not the pricing…… even if they say it is. It’s that the 👉🏽TRUE👈🏽 cost of the problem isn’t clear. And that’s your job to show that. – What does this turn into in 3 months? – 6 months?1 year? – What does it cost financially? In time? In health? In relationships? The AI prompt I gave you helps you think about ALL of this. When it comes to “high ticket” offers, stating the price without showing the TRUE cost is actually pointless. Because once someone sees the full picture… It stops feeling like a cost and starts feeling like a solution. Especially if trust has already been built prior to. What’s a problem you solve right now that becomes more expensive the longer someone waits? Use the AI prompt I gave you and come back to this post with your answer.
