One of the commitments I made when I relaunched the Identity Lab was that every first week of the month, I would give you a challenge designed to strengthen your creator identity. This week’s challenge is simple: For the next 7 days, publicly do something from the identity you claim to be. In order for you to solidify that identity, you have to BE in it 👉🏽NOW. If you’re a spiritual teacher, make a video or post teaching a concept If you’re an author, this is not about writing in private. Share an excerpt from your book, a paragraph, a page, or a thought from your writing publicly. If you’re a public speaker, then speak. Record a video sharing an idea, insight, story, or message. If you’re a consultant, consult someone. Yes… for free. Because this is a demonstration of ontology, which is the art of BEING. Not “trying to be”….. BEING. The point is that your identity becomes visible. At the end of the day, your nervous system doesn’t learn from what you say you are. It learns from where you feel safe consistently BEING. So for the next 7 days, I challenge you to find a way each day to publicly demonstrate your creator identity.

This is not about being performative. This is about BEING A CREATOR. #period Because a lot of people intellectually identify as creators while behaviorally remaining consumers. We’re changing that. Last week I told y’all that Identity Lab is becoming an action-centered space for creators. 🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🤸 Here’s what I’ve decided we will be doing: • 👁️visibility & voice challenges — where you’ll be challenged to share your voice & creative work publicly using different forms of content & creativity • 🧬Monthly Creator Recoding — a live class where we take the language you use frequently & recode it so that you can rewire your identity as a creator • and more opportunities inside the community to actually apply what you’re learning in real time 📆Dates TBD. Remember; The goal is movement because action reveals what information alone cannot. P.S.
