Yes!!!! Glad to be reminded!!!
😣 Cramps, spams, growing pain and charley horses!
I met a sweet lady today who was really struggling with menstrual cramps. I offered her something I often recommend—and I’m so glad I did! 🌿 I gave her Mag phos 6X, dropped right into her water bottle. She sipped on it throughout the day, and a few hours later she told me: ✨ “I feel so much better!” ✨ ➡️ Mag phos is my go-to for cramps that improve with warmth—whether they’re menstrual, muscular, or from overexertion. Normally, I recommend it in warm water, but we didn’t have that today, so it went straight into cold water—and still worked wonders. 🦵 For leg cramps or spasms, I also love: Cuprum met 30C – taken twice daily for several weeks. My son struggled for years with growing pains and cramps until this finally brought relief! Zincum met 6C or 30C is also great for deep nerve-related cramping or restlessness. 👣 My husband started getting awful cramps at night after hiking 10–20 miles with our son for scouts. After one rough night, we tried: Arnica 200 and Mag phos 6X before and during the hike plus before bed 🌙 He slept great, and no more nighttime cramping where he had to walk around the room and wake me up! ✨ It’s not too late to join my class this Saturday and learn these easy homeopathy hacks! 🌿 Whether it’s cramps, colds, or everyday discomforts—these simple remedies can make a huge difference. You’ll be amazed how empowered you feel with this knowledge in your hands. 🙌 📩 Message me to save your spot—your future self will thank you! 💚

Where would be the best place to get the Mag drops?
What an Incredible Day!
Yesterday was an amazing day for the Health is Wealth Homeopathy course! We had an inspiring group of individuals join us in person right here in Colorado Springs, as well as a few dedicated participants tuning in from across the country via Zoom. @Melissa Kragel worked so hard to put together beautiful homeopathy mini kits and printed 📕. Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, asked questions, shared insights, and helped create such a rich and energizing experience. Whether you were there in body or spirit, your presence made a difference. Here’s to growing more knowledgeable and healthy together! 💪🌿

🧪 What’s the Difference Between Activated Charcoal and Regular Charcoal?
At first glance, they might look the same—but activated charcoal and regular charcoal are very different in how they’re made and what they’re used for in general. 🔬 Regular charcoal (like what you use for grilling) is made by burning wood or other materials in low oxygen, leaving behind a carbon-rich substance. It’s great for heat—but not safe to ingest or use on the body due to possible chemical residues and additives. 🌡️ Activated charcoal, on the other hand, is processed at very high temperatures (600–1200°C) and often treated with gases like steam or carbon dioxide.Activated charcoal can be made from coconut shells, which are heated at high temperatures and activated with steam to create a fine, porous powder ideal for detox and purification. This special process creates a highly porous structure, increasing its surface area dramatically—sometimes to over 2,000 square meters per gram! These microscopic pores are what give activated charcoal its detoxifying power: they trap toxins, gases, and chemicals through a process called adsorption (not absorption), binding substances to its surface like a sponge. 🧽🖤 🖤 What Is Activated Charcoal Used For? Thanks to its incredible adsorptive ability, activated charcoal is a popular wellness tool with many practical uses: - 💊 Digestive health: Helps reduce gas, bloating, and can support detox protocols. - 🦷 Teeth whitening: Found in natural toothpastes for stain removal and fresher breath. - 🧖 Skincare: Draws out impurities and helps reduce acne and oiliness in masks and cleansers. - 🚑 Emergency detox: Used in hospitals to treat overdoses or poisonings under medical supervision. - 🐜 Bug bites & stings: Applied as a paste to relieve itching and draw out toxins. 💡 Tips for Using Activated Charcoal Safely ✔️ Hydrate: Drink lots of water—it can cause constipation if you don’t stay hydrated. ✔️ Timing matters: Take it at least 2 hours away from meds or supplements—it can reduce their effectiveness. ✔️ Use food-grade charcoal: Never use barbecue charcoal for wellness—it’s not safe to ingest or apply topically.
