Hi everyone. I have the winners for July's Breath Hold Challenge. Since it was a month long I decided to have one grand prize winner and 2 runners up. The winner will get the Breathwork Fundamentals course and the 2 runners up will get the Breath Hold Mastery course. The grand prize winner is @Paul French !
