11-hour drive to Maine with the family today. Vacation’s on. But the mission don’t stop. Woke up at 5AM. Laced up. Banged out 30 minutes of fasted steady-state cardio. Kids were still asleep. And I’m doing what I said I was gonna do. Because that’s what men do. We lead. We provide. And we keep our word, not just to everyone else but ourselves. Day 38. Top abs are starting to pop again. By Day 60-70, I’ll have the full six back. Not because I’m special. But because I made a decision: Do what I said I was gonna do. You can get there too— if you stop negotiating with your excuses and start keeping your promises. It’s not easy. It’s earned.
