Father and son - Getting fit together
Hi. It doesn't look like anyone has post on this since Nov. '25, but I'll post anyway. My name is Brian and I'm from Greencastle, PA. I am a vet and currently a firefighter/paramedic. My goal for this challenge it to see some physical change in my appearance and not to feel bloated and sick anymore. I am in the worse shape of my life right now and needed a drastic change. I am doing this with my 20 yr old son, Nicholas, who is trying to get in shape so he can enlist in the Army. This is his last step and I promised him if he got in, I would continue to work out everyday while he was in boot camp.

Hi Everyone, My name is Niemah ( Nye-ee-ma ) im from New York. My goal for this challenge is to be consistent. Consistency is something i struggle with when it comes to my physical fitness because i am used to seeing what id consider fast results due to being an athlete throughout high school. I am 5 years post grad and looking to join the air force so i am using the shred to also help me jumpstart my training for BMT. I look forward to sharing my progress throughout the session :)

Hi, my name is Alex. I’m here because I want to be a healthier (mind & body). I’ve lost weight in the past and gained it all back because I was focused primarily on losing the weight. This time around, my focus has shifted and I’m looking forward to changing my way of life so healthy habits are the norm. My kiddos are my why, ☺️ my amazing husband is my support at home, and I’m hoping to grow within community here with you all. My struggle this week has been protein! I’m struggling to consistently get enough protein because I’m not used to eating this much while also drinking plenty of water. It’s been one or the other. For the next 21 days, my goal is to work out 3x a week.
