Hi, my name is Alex. I’m here because I want to be a healthier (mind & body). I’ve lost weight in the past and gained it all back because I was focused primarily on losing the weight. This time around, my focus has shifted and I’m looking forward to changing my way of life so healthy habits are the norm. My kiddos are my why, ☺️ my amazing husband is my support at home, and I’m hoping to grow within community here with you all. My struggle this week has been protein! I’m struggling to consistently get enough protein because I’m not used to eating this much while also drinking plenty of water. It’s been one or the other. For the next 21 days, my goal is to work out 3x a week.
