Exclusive Early Access: Confidence Under Pressure
Hey guys- this is those on the current 30-day reset (August intake) I’d like to offer you early access to our new course, Confidence Under Pressure. We’re about 70% through filming, and it’s shaping up to be an absolute ripper. Because you’ve been some of the most engaged members here, you’ll get access before it goes public. All I ask in return is your feedback so we can sharpen it for the wider community. This course is designed to give you the tools to act with confidence in the moments that usually trigger doubt, fear, or anxiety — whether it’s a tough conversation, a big opportunity, or a high-pressure situation. Using a proven system, you’ll learn how to train confidence as a skill that can be applied to any challenge, giving you more calm, control, and the ability to back yourself when it counts. This is the same system I’ve used personally, and it’s had a profound effect on my ability to step up and get amongst it — even in moments where I didn’t feel confident. If you’re keen, drop your name in the comments and I’ll set you up with access. — Dave

7 Days Left — Finish Strong
We’re heading into the final stretch of the 30-Day Reset. Here’s why these last 7 days matter more than you might think 1. Your brain remembers the finish Research on the Peak–End Rule shows we don’t remember an experience as a whole — we remember the most intense moments and how it ends. If you finish strong, your brain encodes this Reset as a powerful success, making you more likely to stick with the habits. 2.. Hebb’s Law (“neurons that fire together, wire together”) tells us that 30 days of consisttent action is long enough to start rewiring your brain. Every daily reset has been carving new pathways — through discipline, calming your nervous system, and boosting physical and mental health — all of which shape neural circuits for greater focus, resilience, and confidecne under pressure. 3.. Momentum Studies on motivation show the way you finish a goal cycle shapes the energy you take into the next one. Finish strong here guys cause that will carry over — it sets you up to tackle the next challenge with more cosistency and confidence. This week, double down. Do every reset. Post your reflections. Back each other. Finish strong — because this is what your brain remembers. If you've fallen of the wagon - get back on know - dont let your mind tell you that its to late or you've failed or whatever it might be - rise about that shit and get stuck in on this last week -- lets get it

On it Dave!
The Mindset Shift That Put Me Back on Track
This has been one of the biggest and most important mindset shifts I’ve ever made — and I wanted to share it with you lot. Taking radical ownership of my physical and mental health changed everything for me. It wasn’t about waiting for someone to fix the problem, blaming circumstances, or hoping someone else had the answer. It was about stepping up and taking full responsibility no matter what the situation. This mindset can be a real game changer for you too. If you’re keen, have a listen. Share, drop a comment — what’s one area you’re ready to take more ownership of thats relates to your health

Spot on @Dave Wood . To develop self awareness you usually need some gentle guidance, someone to show you the way. For me that was finding breathing and huring a coach. It changed my life. Like you, I have the fortunate position of helpjng others do the same. It usually starts with a discovery session, simple journalling - tracking diet, steps, sleep, exercise and breathing - things like respiratory rate, CO₂ tolerance and HRV. Once that awareness is there we can set goals and build a solid plan. Game changing for everyone.

@Dave Wood Morning! Thanks for this. This is new to me and is fascinating. This is a course I could get deep into as I know this would be hugely beneficial to many of the people I teach. Thanks for showing me the way here. Have a great date mate.
OK guys how are we going with day 1?
I’ve got mine in - are you on track? Does everything in the programming make sense? If you’re still getting to terms with it, just start today with the 5-minute breathing flow—then jump into the full program tomorrow.

Work out locked in this morning, London time, followed by 5 5-minute breathing flow and a session of nidra. Calm, focused and ready for the day.
You Know Have Access!
Right, it’s time to kick this off. The 1-Month Reset starts tomorrow—and those that enrolled, you all now have access to the full course. Next steps: go through the course today, get everything programmed into your calendar, and let’s take action. Be consistent. Be disciplined. This reset is about reaping the rewards of both physical and mental training—boosting energy, improving recovery, controlling stress, and building calmness of mind. The course is structured to be realistic and achievable—even with a busy life. But you have to prioritise it. Make the time. Let’s also use the Integrated Training One Month Reset Discussion Page to keep things on track—ask questions, get feedback, and stay aligned with the program. Let’s go.

Thanks - really excited to get started. I’m having a bit of a tech hiccup with the first “How to get started” video—it keeps pausing and jumping back to the start when I try to watch it. All the other videos play fine. It might just be on my end, but I wanted to flag it in case it’s an issue on your side. Also, could you share the link to the apnea app you recommend? I’d like to give that a try. Thanks, Thomas 🙌

At The Breath Coach, we believe that proper breathing is the most critical yet overlooked component of optimal mental, physical and emotional health.
