Mouth tape yay or ney
Also, thoughts on mouth tape at night? If you know you sleep with your mouth wide open and wake up with a dry mouth? Iv tried a few times before but somehow I tend to unconsciously rip it off as it ends up on the floor… 🙈

Sorry team. Me again. Shit - sorry I was told I’m not allowed to say sorry. Now I have said it twice. @Dave Wood is going to slap my wrist. 😂🙈 Figured I’d check in and see how everyone’s weeks been. Keeps me off chat GBT questioning life’s decisions anyway. So since my last minute hop onto the train (ironic given I’m always running for trains or buses!). Managed to honour my pledge and have stayed consistent with at least the 5 mins breath work before training and after training each morning. And written a rather lengthy note each day of an attempt at positive self talk - however - it ends up in abit of a weird conversation with some phantom angel though I think?! I choose angel rather than devil here 😏- In all honesty, I would love any input on what people say to themselves here though as I am seriously probably worst than the school bully to myself - pretty sure Dave can vouch for that one. Been pretty good at getting out in nature too - although the price to pay for that was being consumed by mosquitos or midgys or ants - who knows - just legs shredded to pieces with bites. It’s all good. Stayed positive and I just pivoted and said I have tasty blood - that’s got to be good right. But yes - any one else had some good wins this week or have any quantum universal thoughts to add to the equation. Hope yall having a beautiful Sunday whatever time of day it is x

your doing it right - back yourself - it doesn't need to be perfect you just have to make steps forward in the right direction mate - ultimately life is about finding things we love doing and doing them - that could be as simple as walking in the bush - the act of doing things you love helps direct your attention away from things that steal yoru energy and gives you a deeper sesne or purpose @Jen Howard
