Hello, I’m Jae. Thanks for having me, happy to be here. :) Wanted to introduce myself. I’m from the Chicago area. Outwardly: genX, partner/wife, mom, SLP, ex-evangelical, oldest of 5/big sis, INFJ, neurodivergent person. Inwardly: highly sensitive, introvert, intuitive learner, strong-willed, animal lover, maximalist, hobbit. So, I really need ur opinion on this. The more I listen to different spiritual teachers, the more I develop this fear that all of this is just a big scam, and it’s hard for me to continue my spiritual journey, even though I really want to. Cause most of spiritual teachers wants you to pay money for the knowledge they offer, and on one hand, we live in material world, they exchange valuable information, so it’s absolutely logical that these knowledge is worth paying for. But on the other hand, how to get rid of the thought that it’s just a big scam? And how do you guys understand if something is trustworthy?
