So, I really need ur opinion on this. The more I listen to different spiritual teachers, the more I develop this fear that all of this is just a big scam, and it’s hard for me to continue my spiritual journey, even though I really want to. Cause most of spiritual teachers wants you to pay money for the knowledge they offer, and on one hand, we live in material world, they exchange valuable information, so it’s absolutely logical that these knowledge is worth paying for. But on the other hand, how to get rid of the thought that it’s just a big scam? And how do you guys understand if something is trustworthy?

About two years ago I found Wim Hoff breathing practice on YouTube. Just wanted to share with you guys in case u haven’t tried it yet. It’s free, it works, it’s easy but effective.
