Let’s talk about your pelvic floor—the unsung hero of your body. 💪 Your pelvic floor and core are responsible for SO much: ✔ Supporting your organs (bladder, uterus, bowels) ✔ Helping with bladder and bowel control ✔ Stabilizing your spine and hips ✔ Making intimacy comfortable and enjoyable 🤔 But here’s the thing: After pregnancy and birth (whether vaginal or C-section), this powerhouse system often needs some rehab to function at its best again. & TBH — 1/3 women are CURRENTLY dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction RIGHT NOW (this is not just pregnant & postpartum mamas so your issues may even been pre-existing that just worsened through pregnancy/postpartum) WITHOUT proper care, you might experience: 1. #1 - Are you currently pregnant or postpartum? Pregnant #2 - How many kiddos do you have & what ages? I have one who is almost 12 and second baby on the way #3 - What do you want to learn more about / get out of this group? I was able to have surgery (bladder sling) five years after my first child. But it didn't heal the pelvic floor issue just the incontinence. I would like to be able to heal my pelvic floor naturally.
