Yes!!! This is so true. I personally find the same with myself (I have AuDHD, so i have to put mental boundaries for myself lol). So I have been doing the same. I listen to plantwave binary frequencies before bed, to calm my nervous system down. I also brain dump before going to bed. Is just where I journal or write down thoughts, reflections. Anything that keeps me restless I put it down on paper. And yes, as far as eating that is so true! I find that i bloat more as well when I eat after 7pm, and its like a meal. So now, I eat like pistachios or fruit, sometimes chocolate. Lol, but when I do intentional listen to my body. I have a lot of energy, less brain fog. Once my friend of the month comes, its all out the window. My body feel so tired during that time. But I love this so much! One thing I have been doing when I lay in bed and cant sleep after all that. I go into another room, keep the lights dim and I crochet or like yourself i read a book until I get tired again.
