**Opportunity at the end of the report** The Subconscious Mind is designed to keep you where you are.... as you are. That’s why most people set goals, grind for a few weeks, and then collapse back into old habits. Their conscious mind may want the goal, but their subconscious isn’t carrying the code to make it happen. No matter how motivated you feel consciously, the subconscious decides what gets executed. That’s why effort, discipline, and motivation eventually fail. They are conscious overrides—temporary at best. The fastest path is brutally simple: install the goal directly into the subconscious. Brainwash Protocol
Questions: 1. What was the most interesting part I have read some things about MK Ultra before and see how this could work in a positive way. Knowing that the vast majority of my life is on auto-pilot makes me want to shake things up. I recently moved to a different state, so that is one thing different. I thought some of the ideas of how to make changes were interesting. One suggestion I found interesting was getting a new haircut - i imagine looking into the mirror and seeing something totally different would change my brain What is one part that you plan on using I am already changing up my sleep patterns, going to bed later, and getting only 6.5 hours sleep to give me more time to use during waking. Try using my left hand to do some things; eating, brushing teeth, combing hair. I am soon to be taking some online classes to change up my career, so I'm hoping to break my brain out of complacent auto-pilot and that will help me to be open to learning and mastering new things.

First Integration Cycle - Part 1
I tried both and I personally liked Method #1 more. In Method #2, I was feeling a bit difficult to breath especially with windpipe getting pinched. I felt breathing, for me, becomes slower with closed eyes and I felt the same during this exercise. Mentally, I was more focusing on the instructions so I had no other thoughts.
