All you need to do is remove 3 habits that are inextricably linked to your person. Things you genuinely can’t give up This could be something like a smoker giving up smoking. Stop trying to Make Small Incremental Changes (AlterReport#5)
Majority of Self-Help is you being taught to make small incremental changes. The turning point of my life came when my brain asked me "How many more have to die before you truly start living?" Ill tell you more about what was happening in my life during this time. Becoming 1% better everyday. That in itself is obnoxiously stupid as a framework. Why? Simply because it doesn't exist or work in the human change model. Think back on your life for a moment. Any lasting permanent change likely came from experiencing extreme emotion and an extreme change in circumstances. You lost someone you loved. You moved to a brand new place. Everything around you changed. I will repeat it again "No Change Ever Worth Having Comes Slowly" It comes to you at speed. It cripples and overwhelms you at first then it becomes all you know. I started taking life seriously because 2 people I looked up to died in the span of a year. There was too much emotion. Like broken glass. You can never put glass back to the way it was after its broken. In other words, I just couldn't go back to the way life was. There was nothing to go back to. Life, from that point on, doesn't become 1% better everyday, it expands in strides and leaps. You get rapidly Hyperleaped into a new life. Your entire Identity shifts. The very essence of what it means to be you changes. This is what you want. A deep profound Identity Shift. Where your entire Perception of Life shifts. The entirety of life is just that... perspectives. A lab rat doesn't know it is a lab rat. It is turned into a test subject against its will and without its knowing. That is exactly what they have done to us. They want to turn you into their testing ground as they compete against each other. Social Media, Junk food, Big Pharma is designed to make you crave it more. The smartest minds in the world were paid billions of dollars to turn you into a test subject and run Lab experiments on your mind to make money They have hacked into your brain’s reward system and made you rely on - Instant Gratification  - Dopamine Spiking - Emotional cravings - Cycle Trapping The only way is to achieve Master Control over your subconscious mind. A level of control that allows you to choose what programs exist and are run by their mind. Instead of being a Lab rat. This Cigarette Smoker Story Changed My Entire Life... (AlterReport#8)
I haven't had a single craving yet... 3 months ago I decided to stop eating Junk Food and Sugars and this story is the reason I was able to make it 90+ days without a single craving... If you have been smoking for the last 5 years and I ask you "Are you a smoker"? You will say YES On the other hand, If you just smoked your first cigarette and I ask you "Are you a smoker"? You will say NO. Even thought in both cases you just smoked a cigarette, the experience is very different from these two perspectives. Now once I understood that, life just became a game of moving through Identities. I wanted to stop eating junk food and sugars. I shifted my Identity to someone who enjoys rejuvenating and healing the body. I now eat extremely healthy, I never compromise my sleep. Now the lens I am running my life through looks at sugar and junk food as something that compromises my main goal. The person who has smoked 5 years gets the craving and the person who smokes his first doesn't get a craving. Your cravings don’t come from the behaviour itself, but from the identity tied to it. I removed the identity of someone who eats junk food and sugar. I didn’t try to resist—I simply became someone who doesn’t crave it. In fact, 2 of my recent goals were achieved because of Identity Shifting: - A gym habit - Reach top 1.4% in the world at Chess Just like a lifelong non-smoker doesn’t crave cigarettes, someone who has fully shifted their identity to valuing health doesn’t crave junk food. The Fastest Method To Achieving A Goal (AlterReport#20)
**Opportunity at the end of the report** The Subconscious Mind is designed to keep you where you are.... as you are. That’s why most people set goals, grind for a few weeks, and then collapse back into old habits. Their conscious mind may want the goal, but their subconscious isn’t carrying the code to make it happen. No matter how motivated you feel consciously, the subconscious decides what gets executed.
