First Integration - Part Three
I didn't feel much of a difference, perhaps because it is hard for me to imagine myself in the scenario of the fictional character I chose. I will keep trying to see how that works tomorrow.

1. My name is Yasaswi. I want to gain more clarity on what I want and be more confident when it comes to articulation/ communication. 2. I have multiple fictional characters, but I will choose one that hasn't been mentioned here so far. I choose Michael Ross (played by Patrick J Adams) from Suits. I also like the Catch Me If You Can scene where Frank acts like a new professor to teach a bully a lesson :). 3. Michael Ross shows immense confidence while escaping from the police and attends an interview to become a lawyer. 4. I think this clip summarizes what I mean, it is a bit longer but helps with the context. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImEnWAVRLU0 @Taha Hiraj
First Integration Cycle - Part 1
I tried both and I personally liked Method #1 more. In Method #2, I was feeling a bit difficult to breath especially with windpipe getting pinched. I felt breathing, for me, becomes slower with closed eyes and I felt the same during this exercise. Mentally, I was more focusing on the instructions so I had no other thoughts.
The Fastest Method To Achieving A Goal (AlterReport#20)
**Opportunity at the end of the report** The Subconscious Mind is designed to keep you where you are.... as you are. That’s why most people set goals, grind for a few weeks, and then collapse back into old habits. Their conscious mind may want the goal, but their subconscious isn’t carrying the code to make it happen. No matter how motivated you feel consciously, the subconscious decides what gets executed. That’s why effort, discipline, and motivation eventually fail. They are conscious overrides—temporary at best. The fastest path is brutally simple: install the goal directly into the subconscious. When the subconscious accepts a goal as part of its internal programming, it transforms into a biological obsession. Suddenly: - Resistance vanishes. - Every behaviour aligns automatically. - The body and emotions pull toward the goal like gravity. It’s no longer a negotiation. It’s survival. When you program the subconscious with a clear goal, it will crawl over broken glass to achieve it. Because to the subconscious, the goal is no longer optional, it’s necessary. Alterconscious is the only system built to weaponize this law of the mind... installing the goal directly into the subconscious so it becomes survival. Once you understand this, you stop chasing success… and start being dragged to it by the most powerful force on earth: your own mind. P.S I am looking for 5 people who want to Directly Install A Goal Into Their Subconscious. If that is slightly interesting to you, Comment "Goal" on this post
