Brainwash Protocol
Questions: 1. What was the most interesting part I have read some things about MK Ultra before and see how this could work in a positive way. Knowing that the vast majority of my life is on auto-pilot makes me want to shake things up. I recently moved to a different state, so that is one thing different. I thought some of the ideas of how to make changes were interesting. One suggestion I found interesting was getting a new haircut - i imagine looking into the mirror and seeing something totally different would change my brain What is one part that you plan on using I am already changing up my sleep patterns, going to bed later, and getting only 6.5 hours sleep to give me more time to use during waking. Try using my left hand to do some things; eating, brushing teeth, combing hair. I am soon to be taking some online classes to change up my career, so I'm hoping to break my brain out of complacent auto-pilot and that will help me to be open to learning and mastering new things.

Fifth Integration Cycle Completed
Hi, Taha et al.: I have completed my fifth integration cycle in as many days, watching the Jake Sully Avatar learning scene in trance, then playing it back in my mind three times, followed by my seeing myself in the Jake Sully role the fourth time. At the same time, I have now been able to exercise by walking five days in a row, which is pretty incredible for me, as this is the most exercise I have done in years. (This is in large part toward my goal of working to lose 20 lbs. in the next few months.) I am ready for Masters Voice, and will also start viewing the other confidence protocol Taha sent me that he and I discussed. P.S. I also felt inspired to order a pull up bar last night off Amazon, toward my goal of starting to build up some upper body strength. Amazing!!

Fifth Integration Cycle Completed
Brainwash
The most interesting part was learning more about MK Ultra and pattern disruption (wearing all-white clothes in an all-white room). I plan to use starting a new workout type/frequency. I walked for 45 minutes this evening using a new app to track my progress. I am hoping this helps rewire the brain, over time, to help me make new/further changes in terms of behaviors and outlook, in my life.
