I've been tracking my food for 3 days and its definitely eye opening. Backstory: from June 2023 to December 2024 I lost 41 lbs (yes it took me 18 months). January 2025, shoulder surgery - by April 2025 I had gained 20 lbs back 😔. My eating habits need a lot of work, by tracking i realized my daily protein is WAY lower than I thought. Im concerned with losing muscle mass so I'm working to increase protein, increase water, add daily ACV shots and additional activity. Everyone get outside and enjoy their holiday weekend!
