Thankyou so much TSK Team for providing us this platform literally this is so much fun to do and loosing weight doesn't seems boring at all.
Breakfast ideas
1.Boil eggs with raw tomato and onion and yogurt green chutney on top 2. Overnight oats with chia seed and fruit on top 3.vegetable omelette with tbs of oat or basin and black coffee 4.banana oat pancake with black coffee 5. one brown bread with tsp peanut butter and honey.
