Thank you Josh & Matt, for helping me create my first ever email sequence that lead to sales!! Woop Woop! The first of many I hope. The success has really given me the nudge I needed. I hope you both have some fabulous holiday and time with your friends and families 💜
Alex Hormozi's GPT (free link inside)
Hey team, This custom GPT is a game-changer. Definitely something we're using heaps crafting offers, landing pages etc. We use it as a filter once we've come with ideas and strategy - so that it keeps our own original flavour and ideas. What This GPT Is & How To Use It This tool is your business growth shortcut. It gives you clear, practical strategies you can apply right away — no fluff, just execution. What It Helps You Do - Offers → Build offers so strong people feel stupid saying no. - Leads → Get strangers to raise their hand and want your stuff. - Sales → Handle objections, close more deals, and know your numbers. - Retention & LTV → Keep customers longer and get them buying more often. - Marketing & Branding → Create hooks, ads, and content that grab attention in seconds. - Execution Tools → Ready-to-use scripts, content calendars, pricing ladders, and SOPs. How To Use It in Your Business 1. Identify where you’re stuck (traffic, offer, sales, delivery, or retention). 2. Ask the GPT for the exact playbook, script, or model you need. 3. Put it into action within 24–48 hours. Bottom line: it helps you get more leads, close more sales, and keep customers longer. Link here.

Hey Matt, do you suggest putting our offer doc into this GPT or just a summary of our offer?
Email Marketing Workshop
Alrighty – the votes are in! Our first workshop (early Oct, date TBC) will be on Email Marketing. For those who voted on other topics, don’t worry — we’ll cover everything in good time. Now, to make this session super useful:What are your biggest email marketing hiccups right now? - Tech setup and automations - Coming up with story ideas - Writing emails people actually open and click - Growing your list - Segmenting or tagging properly - Not knowing what to send (and how often) - Staying consistent - Turning subscribers into actual customers Drop your pain points below so we can build the workshop around what you need most. Most people massively underutilise their email list so it's a great weapon to master.

I am using WIX for my website and Mail Chimp for emails. I really want to understand how to send emails from WIX. So everything in one place. Content for email and an offer And follow up timings if offer not taken up straight away

We use AdWords pretty much exclusively for lead acquisition for our storage business. Storage is a competitive market and AdWords work great. We wouldn’t survive without them. I am very time poor and have found them great, because you can set and forget to some extent The effectiveness must depend on your market. When people are moving they Google “storage near me” or something similar. I dare say it would work with cafes/restaurants

@Amajjika Kumara - we are the same.
I'm finally seeing results
It's taken a rebuild of my website and heaps of help from Josh and Mearle but I've had 3 sales off the website this week. I know that sounds pitiful for those of you getting big results, but this is a substantial achievement for a craft supplies business in this economic climate. Keep at it, it does work once all the pieces are in place.
