Kiaora koutou I have a handcraft business in Whitianga based out of our home on the airfield there. I've been working on building up the online sales part of the business through the use of a free knitting pattern lead magnet. After much input from Josh and Mearle it's finally coming together. Now I just lurk and refer back to the tutorials for extra guidance. Kia pai to po. (Have a good night)

I'm finally seeing results
It's taken a rebuild of my website and heaps of help from Josh and Mearle but I've had 3 sales off the website this week. I know that sounds pitiful for those of you getting big results, but this is a substantial achievement for a craft supplies business in this economic climate. Keep at it, it does work once all the pieces are in place.

@Matt Earle I know which fabric companies don't ship through the US, so I try to only order their product now. The first indent shipment from pre-tariffs is due September so that will be 'big reveal'.

I stock ChiaoGoo knitting needles and crochet hooks. It's a Chinese brand that shipped via the US. To fix their tariff problem they just took a month out and built a new distribution centre in China for all their non-US customers. He's on a hiding to nowhere if he thinks he can force their hand. 🤣

@Matt Earle I get about 30 of these a day at the moment. Divided fairly evenly between Meta and Shopify. They all get blocked, reported as spam and deleted. It takes up a good hour of my day.

Meta Business Spam
Does anyone have any tips on how to stop these. I get at least 4 per day at the moment from different 'people'. The more I block the more I get. 🤬
