Ok people honesty is the best policy. I have done 7 days and dragged some of my family along with me and decided 7days on the clean 10 is enough for me. I’ve lost 4lb but I’m not in this to lose weight I’m trying to live cleaner and eat healthier, we have definitely struggled with trying it have a variety of different meals. I have done 10k steps a day but struggled a little with the gym as I have a niggling shoulder injury. So I am ready to eat meat and have a cup of tea. Are there any meal planners or ideas as I really don’t want to go back to the way I was eating. Probably aiming for minimum 1gram protein per kilo a day but I have no imagination whatsoever so have to plan my meals. Any help would be appreciated.
