Ok people honesty is the best policy. I have done 7 days and dragged some of my family along with me and decided 7days on the clean 10 is enough for me. I’ve lost 4lb but I’m not in this to lose weight I’m trying to live cleaner and eat healthier, we have definitely struggled with trying it have a variety of different meals. I have done 10k steps a day but struggled a little with the gym as I have a niggling shoulder injury. So I am ready to eat meat and have a cup of tea. Are there any meal planners or ideas as I really don’t want to go back to the way I was eating. Probably aiming for minimum 1gram protein per kilo a day but I have no imagination whatsoever so have to plan my meals. Any help would be appreciated.

@Kirstin McAndrew thanks Kirsten. We have all done OK and not cheated but we are struggling with varying recipe’s for our three meals. We all like the foods(apart from prawns) and I’m always ok the road so difficult to warm foods up. We are carrying on with the 30days but want to introduce meat 3 days early. I do appreciate everyone’s help. To be honest the last couple of days my sleep has got worse and getting approx 5-6hours of unbroken sleep.

@Stacey Wilson thankyou. Never have been a quitter so will soldier but going to bring in meat 3 days early. The main thing is meal prep which I struggle with.
1st day done
Seem to have done ok but have a banging headache and I never really get headaches. I do have approx 4 cups of tea a day normally so presume it’s that.

Hi everyone, 49 yrs old airconditioning engineer, mostly on my feet all day up and down stairs and ladders.Bisynis starting to feel it a little fate playing rugby until 30yrsold. So people, I’m starting tomorrow on the clean 10 and working through,been working away a lot lately and to many family get togethers to truly commit so now is the time!Wish me luck.
