File upload limit
That’s 2 orders I’ve tried to put through today that I’ve had to abandon and go with another POD because both were over 50MB (52MB), even though the upload limit is 75MB. Can you please advise what the issue is here? Thanks!

@Mihai Volintiriu on my MacBook Pro, I have set Canva PNG @3.125, then with limit file size checked and set to 49900kb which resulted in a file of 37mb. Dimensions 9933β€ŠΓ—β€Š14043px and 300DPI. Canva 'canvas' size of A0 84.1cmx118.9cm. Whilst I would have liked to ensure the original size was downloaded, I'm assuming this will work with no loss in quality on an image printed on A0 size? I tried it a second time with a different image, Canva download settings the same as above but set Limit File Size to 52000kb which resulted in a file size of 49.9mb which also worked. If the limit is supposed to be 75mb it would be good to have this fixed as it seems most, if not all, of my A0 downloads without fiddling with 'Limit Size' in Canva would be over 50MB but under that max.

@Tom Beeston Hi Tom, please see my reply above to @Mihai Volintiriu where I've done some tests below the 50mb size. there definitely seems to be an issue with larger file sizes, but my tests under 50mb did upload. Hopefully you'll see the issue and can resolve so I can upload the full actual file size. Many thanks! :-)
Pricing differences - might be typos?
Hi I'm confused by the two following pages which show conflicting prices, so I'm hoping someone can help me understand a bit better. This provides some great recommended pricing! https://www.printshrimp.com/how-to-make-money-selling-posters On this page (which btw is an absolutely brilliant reference tool for shipping times), there are different pricing options for some of the sizes compared to above. For example the first one A5 shows Β£4.99 but the link above shows Β£4.49 https://www.printshrimp.com/pricing I must be missing something here, so hopefully there is an easy answer! Many thanks, Steve

Thanks, probably a good idea for them to ensure their documentation is kept in sync and up to date.
First poster using Canva Question - sell in Etsy and Shopify
Hi, There is a lot of information out there, but just want to check my understanding in terms of approach for my first poster product... I have used Canva for years and intend to use that here... I have an image which I will import into Canva and then resize/scale to 300dpi when exporting, but I'm assuming I don't need to create the exact poster size until I've made my first order? I have an Etsy shop and Shopify... Currently for Shopify I believe its all manual, but for Etsy, do I have to create all the sizes right now or just create the Etsy listing with all the sizes available and then deal with the file upload after order? Any videos on the process? Thank you!!!

Apologies, I have come across further detail which explains the process.
A few questions!
Hi folks. Stumbled upon PrintShrimp after researching POD services. Long story short, Gelato has screwed me over royally with 5 orders in the past 2 weeks. Orders have either gone missing, been damaged, or the quality sucked. One was sat β€œin production” for almost a fortnight. It’s been a nightmare. They also use EVRI for UK delivery. The prices are amazing, but the consistency is diabolical. Any way, I am going to try PrintShrimp but just need clarity on 2 things: A. Why isn’t there a preview and or a fit/fill canvas page? I have tested Artelo and Papello (not financially viable for me unless I increase my prices substantially), and they have this as standard. As do the majority of other POD services. IMO this needs to be implemented. B. When will the framed options be available? I’m having a very busy time and I need to plan ahead. There’s no point in me uploading over 200 prints and linking my Etsy shop if this isn’t something that will be available for months. Ideally I don’t want to arse around using multiple PODs, one for UK prints, one for framed orders etc. I’d much rather use PS to fulfil EVERYTHING if all goes well! Thanks in advance.

I tried Gelato as well and the first order (a sample order to test their products) was doomed from the start. Even though I received the samples, they were both delayed from the originally specified time and the poster was cheap any anything. I will never use them... I too hope that PrintShrimp is better (and I think it likely is), but from day one I've not been able to upload a file!
A Guide To Resizing Your Poster Files
Hey guys, Just thought I'd make a more in depth video on how to correctly resize your poster files! We have now added it so in the portal, a warning message pops up when you upload the incorrect poster size. This is something very important to get right, as otherwise cropping will occur and your file will not look how you would like it to. If you're newer to selling posters, give this video a watch for a full explanation on what you need to do when it comes to resizing your artwork. Again, we recommend designing all of your posters in the A format, and redesigning at the point of sale. Otherwise it is a lot of upfront work!

Very good video, and a very good point about changing the border for different sizes when they don't scale. One thing I noticed that are extra steps that aren't required for parts of that explanation. If you are just changing the background colour in Canva you don't need to add an object to do that, just change the canvas background colour. Additionally, I find the process to create the relevant file sizes to be overly complicated. This diagram is overwhelming, so the takeaway is that you ONLY need to create X, Y, Z file sizes and then in your really great backend process it will automatically apply them to the relevant sizes that are correctly scaled downwards. It would be highly beneficial that this is part of the pdf document information (for me I don't need to know about how to use Etsy and keywords, I need the technical process for the images on your side of things.). In your upload page, I personally would restructure this to make it easier for people to see what the primary file sizes are to create which will then filter down to the remainder. When I first when into that screen I was scared I was going to have to create all of them, but this can be easily resolved with a bit of structure and an easy to follow dummy guide.
