Looks like it does great. What kind of coils are you using and how much lift did you get out of them?
1976 350 Chevy
Has anybody used this rebuild kit from northernautoparts? It has Hastings rings and king bearings. I’m just cautious because of how cheap it is, but I’ve done some research and it says they are legit online. It’s going in a stock 350 in my 1976 k5 blazer.

I recently purchased the same kit, from a different vendor, for a budget refresh. I have the block torn down and probably wait till after the holidays to start putting it back together.
Square body center console
This is the start of the center console for the crew cab. I’m think about making these to sell if anyone is interested. All aluminum center console it will use a stock blazer or suburban center console lid and cup holder. It will have room for some switches in front of the cup holder.

Will it be lockable?

Cool, the console in my 74 doesn't lock but it'd be nice to have some lockable storage, especially with the top off.
Da Beast 87 K20 Suburban
My upcoming build is an 87 K20 Suburban, currently all stock with a homemade grill guard and roof platform and a Rhino Liner black paint job, but I've sourced out an 8.1, NV4500, 203/205 doubler, Dana 60 and 14 BFF that will all be going in, as well as a 4" or so lift and probably 37's. The goal is a poor man's version of Wilomet's Suburban, and/or Project Unbreakable from Motor City Trucks show. I want to be able to drive it on the highway to get to remote hunting/camping spots, maybe Moab, or other adventures with my 3 boys. I don't have a photo handy, but I'll post something up when I get a chance.

Sounds like a good plan. Are you planning to stick with leaves or go links/coilovers?
57” Front Spring Swap part 3
Stayed up late last night and finished the driver-side bracket mock-up — and I’m seriously loving how it turned out. Yeah, it’s a little bulky, but it has to be. This bracket drops the shackle under the frame, ties into the body mount, and adds strength where these K5 frames really need it. We’re running a factory-length rear style HD shackle up front (around 4–4.5”), hoping the shorter design keeps side-to-side deflection down and helps stability. The 3-inch leaf springs might be soft, but we’ll know more once it’s on its own weight. If needed, I’ll add a leaf. Still gotta measure pinion shim angle once everything is sitting right. Bracket #1 is done — onto the passenger side next. What do you guys think of this setup so far?
