Is this Group Actually Helpfull?
DO any of you guys actually enjoy and use this group. I'm thinking about canceling it due to the lack of use. This group cost me $100 a month to keep it open and it just doesn't seem like anyone uses it.

Yes I like the group! But there isn’t very many people yet.
Sbc rebuild
Got a sbc 400 that I tore done this afternoon. Pretty dang crusty we will see if it’s any good when I take it to the machine shop. Hopefully making a 406 for my racing blazer!

Alright everyone — let’s do a quick community check-in.
I want to hear what you’re all working on right now. Big projects, small projects, parts on order, ideas still on paper — it all counts. How’s your build coming along? What did you finish recently? What’s the next thing you’re tackling? Drop an update in the comments and post some pictures if you’ve got them. This community gets better the more we share, help each other, and stay involved. Also, if you’ve got friends who own Squarebodies and would fit in here, invite them in. We’re building this the right way — as a family, not just another group. We’ve got another giveaway planned once we hit 500 members, and the more good people we bring in, the better this place becomes for everyone. Really appreciate all of you being here and helping shape this community. Let’s keep it positive, helpful, and focused on building badass Squarebodies together.

Getting my frame boxed and engine mounted maybe a transmission crossmember and skid plate to. Getting closer to putting a cab on it!
Do you race your square body?
Does anyone on here go racing with their square body? 1/8 or 1/4 mile drag racing? Off-road racing? Barrels, short course, mud drags? Something else? I got a couple rigs I race. Locally in Oregon there is 300 foot mud drag racing, barrel racing and something called keyhole racing which is down the drag strip around a tire and back to a stop box on the drag strip. The long bed pickup is just for drag racing although I did do keyholes with it this last season. The blazer (Murphy’s Law) is a new one for barrels and keyhole racing and maybe something else who knows. The blazer used to do this stuff a lot but has been sitting for some years now.

@Jordan Ellsworth nice! I haven’t made it to one yet. But I’m planning on going to the battle on the bay one over at the coast this summer.
Rock crawler build up coming
Got some ORD shackle flips and some b52’s for a not so square project coming up! It’s all going to be square body parts underneath so that’s what matters 😂. Starting off with a 1986 2wd 1 ton frame shackle flip, 64 inch springs and a 14 bolt in the back, 52 inch springs up front with a Dana 60. Probably will be a sbc 350 to start with but will end up with a LS eventually and a th400 and a np203/205 behind that. On top of all that a 1970 Chevy pickup body.
