Hello. I’ve got an 89 K5 blazer that I’m in the middle a decent transformation on. Going from leaf sprung GM 10 bolt on 38’s to a linked D60 on 42’s. I’m doing a wishbone style upper link with DOM bushings and Johnny joint for both rear link mounts and axle side mount on the passenger side with 2.5”X14” King coilovers.Tonight I cut and bent all the plate steel to box the frame in for the rear mounts. It’s coming along nicely and will be a totally different rig when it’s done

Let's talk about brakes. Specifically 14b disc brake conversions. I know about ruff stuff and lug Nutt 4x4, but the newer chevy 14b has 2 piston calipers. Anyone converted to them yet? Also, anyone running bigger front brakes?

Hello everyone I am new to this page and I love working on square body Chevys my latest build is a 79 Chevy short bed I put 3/4 ton axles on it 454 Big block and 4-in suspension into two inch body there still more modification I need to do never ending lol

So ivw been piecing together parts to dually swap my 75 gmc k15, I have a dana 70HD rear to put in, as well as some 8 lug hubs from a 1989 V2500 suburban, I know im running arrowcraft adapters up front, however just for screwing around, I found out that both the 8 lug front hubs, along with a 1997 14 bolt ff are a 4.6" hub bore, whereas the fana 70 is a 4.56, I was thinking all GM 8 lugs until 2001 or 2 were the 8x6.5? I will probably make a special note witharrowcraft when i go to order spacers but it got me curious PFA of local range cat that likes squarebodys

Current project, converting to 1 Tons and ditching the saddle bag gas tanks for K5 blazer tank. In the process I will removing the off the shelf suspension lift and going to a custom lift from ORD and crossover steering and building a custom flat bed with lots of fender clearance.
