2/25/26 Week 2: Day 2
Daily 10: βœ… What I did: 10 minutes of Yoga, still feeling sick. Time completed: 5:30 after getting home from work. I'm just happy I made it through the day, the yoga actually felt really nice after my shift. Even tho I had a bit of a headache. Hope ya'll are having a better week than me, health-wise. Maybe tomorrow I'll wake up feeling better.
2/24/26 Week 2: Day 1
I was sick today, I am so happy it wasn't that hard to keep up on things. However, this program helped me get out of bed and move around, I'm glad this can bring structure and a "reason why" especially when I don't feel like doing anything. I wouldn't of not taking care of myself, besides drinking water Yoga was the first thing I did today. Daily 10: βœ… What I did: I did 10 mins of relaxing Yoga. I didn't want to over stress my system. I did leave feeling better then I started. Time completed: Around 4pm, after a woke up from a nap. Optional: Win of the day: I had leftovers to fall back on, and some frozen food. I didn't have to cook all day. Obstacle: I was sick today.
2/23/26 Week 1: Day 7
Daily 10βœ… I did 10 minutes of Yoga when I got home from work 64 oz waterβœ… I drank just over 64oz Proteinβœ… I got 70g of protein today 10 min- audiobook (Dissociation Made Simple by Jamie Marich) I walk 2 miles for work everyday so on my way home I intentionally listened to a book. I'm so behind on my "must read list," lol I'll eventually get through it. Kickstart Days Completed: 7 /7 My biggest win: Eating 70g if protein almost every day My biggest struggle: being consistent and remember my goals during the day, especially my water goals. The habit that helped the most: My Daily 10, it has given me a little platform to build more habits on. It's easier for me to continue being active after work then it would be to convince myself to be active. I’m ready for the full 13 Week Evolution: YES! I'll be back here tomorrow for week 2. 🩷
2/22/26 Week 1: Day 6
Daily 10: βœ… I did 10 minutes of Yoga, I'm so happy I had a backup plan I wasn't feeling the TRX exercise today Water: ❌ I completely lost track of my water intake today, I finished one water bottle but not the second so I know I drank less than 48oz Protein: βœ… I just barely reached 70g of protein, but I still made it. It was a challenging day for me in terms of food intake, but I stuck to my safe foods and still managed to get my protein in. Mindfulness Reset: βœ…/C How did you feel after? I took the bus downtown and took a walk down by the river. I felt relaxed afterwards, I use my headphones everywhere I go, but it was so nice listening to the rushing water.
2/21/26 Week 1: Day 5
Daily 10: βœ… TRX bands, I focused on my upper body. Water: βœ…οΈ I drank 72oz of water today ^-^ 3 full water bottles Protein: βœ… I got 70g of protein in today Mobility: βœ… B:lower back and hips What felt better after you did it? My lower back felt less stiff afterwards, I will definitely be doing this one again.
