I did 10 minutes of Yoga, I'm so happy I had a backup plan I wasn't feeling the TRX exercise today Water: β I completely lost track of my water intake today, I finished one water bottle but not the second so I know I drank less than 48oz Protein: β
I just barely reached 70g of protein, but I still made it. It was a challenging day for me in terms of food intake, but I stuck to my safe foods and still managed to get my protein in. Mindfulness Reset: β
/C How did you feel after? I took the bus downtown and took a walk down by the river. I felt relaxed afterwards, I use my headphones everywhere I go, but it was so nice listening to the rushing water.
