οΈ Protein Floor: βοΈ (goal: 70g) I think I got around 20g It was hard to eat anything all day Strength: βοΈ(2x/week) (Session # 1 this week) Mobility (3x/week): βοΈ (Day # 2 this week) It was another difficult day, and at least I got a couple of things done today. Hopefully, some good sleep will help. Tomorrow is a new day, and after all, today wasn't all bad.
