2/23/26 Week 1: Day 7
Daily 10✅ I did 10 minutes of Yoga when I got home from work
64 oz water✅ I drank just over 64oz
Protein✅ I got 70g of protein today
10 min- audiobook (Dissociation Made Simple by Jamie Marich) I walk 2 miles for work everyday so on my way home I intentionally listened to a book. I'm so behind on my "must read list," lol I'll eventually get through it.
Kickstart Days Completed: 7 /7
My biggest win: Eating 70g if protein almost every day
My biggest struggle: being consistent and remember my goals during the day, especially my water goals.
The habit that helped the most: My Daily 10, it has given me a little platform to build more habits on. It's easier for me to continue being active after work then it would be to convince myself to be active.
