Daily 10: ✅ TRX bands, I focused on my upper body.
Water: ✅️ I drank 72oz of water today ^-^ 3 full water bottles
Protein: ✅ I got 70g of protein in today
Mobility: ✅ B:lower back and hips
What felt better after you did it?
My lower back felt less stiff afterwards, I will definitely be doing this one again.
