Day 17: ✅one small change I made today was choosing steps even when my day fell apart. Had to reorganize my exercise calendar this week and normally I would have said eff it, letting an unplanned event throw off my entire day. But instead, I found some time to push towards my 8k steps and that felt like a win
Day 52- way behind.... today felt messy but I kept my promise to journal and reflect (on yesterday). Definitely seeing shifts in myself- first thing I'm doing on a Sunday morning is my journaling :)
Day 23 ✅ Today I caught my invisible loop when an emotion was triggered that I didn't want to deal with. I actually thought to myself "get to work to distract from this feeling"- very timely work on the invisible loop!
Day 24 ✅ My health character is named S-Fab. Today, she is prepared to deal with regular daily stressors, she is moving outside and enjoying the sunshine, she is laser focused and happy
