Wake up: 11:00 AM Subah uth kar nashta kiya aur ghar ke kaam kiye. 🕌 Zohar: 1:30 PM Is ke baad Skool par Upwork videos dekheen jahan se important learning hui: Client se professional tareeke se baat kaise karni hai Client ko Upwork ke andar hi rakhna hai Koi external link (Instagram / WhatsApp) share nahi karni 🍽️ Lunch: 4:00 PM Phir tayyar ho kar 5:30 PM bahar nikla aur 11:00 PM wapas aya. Thora mobile use kiya aur 12:30 AM so gaya. 🧠 Reflection (Sunday) Aaj ka din relaxed tha lekin learning meaningful rahi. Upwork rules samajhna bohat zaroori tha jo aaj clear ho gaye. Time management better ho sakta tha, lekin learning ka use future mein kaam aayega. Task completion se confidence aya. Gym miss hua, lekin office responsibility properly handle ki. Routine: Subah 8:15 baje utha, tayyar hua aur nashta kiya. 9:20 par office ke liye nikla aur 10:30 par office pohncha. Office mein tasks samjhe aur un par kaam kiya. 1:15 par lunch kiya (2 baje tak) . 3:15 par Zohar, 5:30 par Asar aur 6:15 par Maghrib ki namaz ada ki. 7:10 par office se nikla, 8 baje ghar pohncha. Thora rest kiya, phir 9 baje gym gaya aur 10:30 par wapas aaya. Khana khaya, phir bahar gaya aur 1:30 baje wapas aa kar journal likha. Reflection: Din overall productive raha—office tasks, namaz aur gym sab manage ho gaye. Time management behtar rahi, lekin raat ko late hona sleep routine ko disturb kar sakta hai. Kal thora jaldi sone ki koshish aur focus ko aur strong karna behtar rahega.

Kya aap waqai thak gaye hain ya aapka dimagh aap se jhoot bol raha hai?
David Goggins apni mashoor book "Can't Hurt Me" mein ek concept batata hai jisay wo "The 40% Rule" kehta hai. Wo kehta hai ke jab aapka dimagh aap se kahe ke "bas ab thak gaya hoon," to asal mein aap ne apni capacity ka sirf 40% use kiya hota hai. Baqi 60% aapka mind (dimagh ki limit) rok kar betha hota hai. Lekin hamaray Deen ne humein is se bhi bari discipline sikhayi hai: Namaz-e-Fajr. Fajr ki discipline kya sikhati hai? Jab neend apne urooj (peak) par hoti hai aur nafs kehta hai "5 minute aur," tab uthna hi asal discipline hai. Wo 5 minute ki "Hustle" aapke andar ke us nafs ko tor deti hai jo aapko agay barhne se rok raha hai. Discipline ka matlab kya hai? Dil nahi kar raha? Phir bhi bidding karo. Thakawat ho rahi hai? Phir bhi journal likho. Neend aa rahi hai? Phir bhi lecture complete karo. Goggins isay "Callousing the mind" (dimagh ko sakht karna) kehta hai, aur hamara Deen isay "Nafs par qabu" kehta hai. Jo banda subah Fajr ke waqt apne nafs ko hara deta hai, uske liye din bhar mein Upwork ke rejection ko harana koi bari baat nahi!

Powerful reminder 💯 40% rule ho ya Fajr ki discipline dono ek hi baat sikhate hain: nafs par qabu. Jo subah apne comfort ko hara deta hai, wo din ke challenges bhi handle kar leta hai. Real mindset shift, well explained 👏
