Yeh 5 practical tips follow karo: 1️⃣ Start tiny (Boht chhota start karo) 1 hour nahi, sirf 10–15 minutes daily. Mind resistance kam karega. 2️⃣ Fixed time rule Roz same time par kaam start karo. Time habit banata hai, mood nahi. 3️⃣ No zero days rule Chahe 5 minutes hi sahi — lekin gap mat ane do. Consistency > intensity. 4️⃣ Track your streak Calendar par tick lagao. Mind ko progress dikhni chahiye. 5️⃣ Self-talk change karo “Main consistent nahi hoon” ke bajaye bolo: “Main learning phase me hoon, aur har din better ho raha hoon.” Aur yaad rakho 🌿 Discipline mind ko force karna nahi hota, usay direction dena hota hai. Sleep: 3:00 am Wake up: 10:00 am 10:00 -- 10:53 --> work 10:53 -- 10:59 --> Time waste 10:59 -- 11:40 --> bath 11:40 -- 2:50 --> drove for driving licence 2:50 -- 7:30 --> work, zuhur prayer 7:30 -- 8:30 --> journaling. design work, Asar & maghrib prayers while listening to Ammad Raza bhai's videos on mindset. 8:30 -- 9:09 --> some time on mobile, then did some pushups & workout with bricks h 9:09 -- 2:30 --> Isha prayer, design work ___ Fajar: qadha Zuhur: 3:00 Asar: didn't note time Maghrib: didn't note time Isha: 11:40 pm

Agar koi cheez smjh nhi arhi koi bat smjh nhi arhi us per kisi tarha amal ker sab smjh ajai ga. Start taking blame on your self of any mistake in a postive way bcz if youdont balme ur self on mistakes you will not look into yourself to improve and overcome those mistakes.
