🥑🥬🐟 Lunch?
I had today a salad with everything and I put some garden nasturtium flowers on top cause they are gorgeous, edible and full of vitamin C and lutein. What was/is your lunch today?

Beautiful!!!
🌟Did you know ...
...fasting is the only thing almost every culture agrees on? It’s true. Long before we had apps or biohacking podcasts, humans were fasting. Whether for clarity, discipline, or healing, it’s a "global ritual." Lent in Christianity, Ramadan in Islam, Yom Kippur in Judaism, Vrata in Hinduism, Uposatha in Buddhism. Even the Ancient Greeks were obsessed with it. Pythagoras (the math guy :)) required his students to fast before he would teach them, believing it was the only way to reach "peak mental clarity." If it’s been the "secret weapon" for the world's greatest thinkers for 3,000 years. See you tomorrow at the live call where we would talk about this secret weapon 😉

@Elena Maren I think doing it counts as agreement...

You said an ugly picture was ok. We go through it really fast, but we attempt to kee a full vegetable and fruit drawer in the refrigerator. Sharon from Wisconsin. Had inflammation related challenges most of my life (too long a list of experiences...and in the past) to share here. Even I am bored with them!!! Delighted to be here to see how I might do better to feel (and be)better!! Simplifying my sixties with a Skool Community and enjoying my awesome granddaughters!
