Day one of getting my life back! Started the day with a proper swim, 1km in 30mins…in a pool! Felt so much better all day, and was so much more productive! Hoping to gradually gain my confidence to hit the gym again!
Cold exposure for recovery A 2 to 3 minute cold shower post-training reduces inflammation and spikes dopamine for hours. You don’t need an ice bath. Just finish your shower cold and stay consistent with it.
Sunlight in the morning Get outside within 30 minutes of waking. Morning sunlight sets your circadian rhythm, regulates cortisol, and directly impacts your energy levels throughout the day. This is free and most people skip it.
