What Was Your Biggest Takeaway From the 21-Day Journaling Challenge?
Today marks the FINAL day of our 21-Day Journaling Challenge, and what an incredible journey it’s been! 🙌🏾 Whether you’ve joined us from the very beginning or picked up the pen somewhere along the way, every word you wrote and every thought you uncovered was a step closer to a deeper connection with Self. Throughout these weeks, we’ve held space for the highs and lows, celebrated breakthroughs, and leaned into the difficult questions together. It’s been a journey of self-reflection, vulnerability, and growth, and each one of you has contributed to the beautiful energy in this space. So as we close out this challenge, let’s keep the conversation going: What was your biggest takeaway from these 21 days? Was it a personal insight, a mindset shift, or maybe a realization that took you by surprise? Share your thoughts in the comments below, and let’s inspire each other to continue our journeys of self-discovery. Thank you for showing up, for yourselves and for each other. This is just the beginning! ✨

My most significant takeaway from this challenge has been the importance of connecting with self on a deeper level. It has taught me to be more mindful of my internal dialogue and cultivate self-compassion, the power of community and perhaps the most profound realization, however, is that "what doesn't nourish my soul, depletes it." Thank you so much for holding and creating space through this amazing platform for us to walk this beautiful journey called life together Trevor 🙏🏽❤️ ✨
DAY 2 of Twenty-One: "The Unwavering Flame"
"When meditation is mastered, the mind is unwavering like the flame of a lamp in a windless place. In the still mind, in the depths of meditation, the Self reveals itself. Beholding the Self by means of the Self, an aspirant knows the joy and peace of complete fulfillment." Bhagavad Gita 6.19-20 "like the flame of a lamp in a windless place." Alive & still. I've been chewing on this one since the start of the day. I shared it at the end of today's slow-flow class at my home studio. I just shared it with a friend who was looking for a shift in perspective on some situations where he has been experiencing big emotions. I'll spare you the long drawn-out details of my inner thoughts as I process all of the ways I can apply this to my life and drop these 3 gems: 1. The more I practice meditation with patience and repeated effort, the more Self will reveal itself to "me" (mind + ego). 2. Connection to Self reveals more joy, more peace, and complete fulfillment. 3. I must protect my flame from the winds; set boundaries on my mind using my willpower. Which of these gems can you spend some more time with? 💎

Wow This is so profound, I definitely need to spend more time with gem number 2 and 3 ✨🙏🏽 for many years I've struggled to set boundaries for myself and even when I did, I wouldn't respect them the way I needed to. Allowing winds to constantly dim my flame
21 Day Challenge - World Mental Health Day
On October 10th, I am starting 21-Days of Devotion and I’m inviting you to join me! I am devoting myself to 21 Days of Svadhyaya (Self-Study) as I rebuild a daily journaling routine that is rooted in self-realization. I will write a brief post in INSIGHTS everyday following my journaling practice until the end of October (at least). If you’re willing to devote yourself to this journey with me, then comment “I’m in!!!”
