Proven Roofing Offer Ideas?
I’m looking to provide a Facebook Ads + GoHighLevel automation system for roofing companies to help them get more roofing jobs. I want input from people who’ve already done well in the roofing niche. A lot of roofers mention getting unqualified or unserious leads, so I’m especially curious about what’s working for you guys when it comes to: The offer (discounts, inspections, free estimates, etc.) Lead form questions that help filter serious homeowners From what I’ve seen, forms usually include: Roof age (10+ years old?) Home type / roof type Address, zip, contact info “Are you the homeowner?” 👉 What’s been the most effective combo of offer + form fields and also maybe pre inspection 15 minute call or physical home inspection after the lead form that brings in real serious homeowners?

I thought about using qualifying questions like that but I didn't want to add too much friction. But I'm just starting out I don't know what's best but I assume each has their benefits and drawbacks. Offers help a lot, usually every roofer does free inspections so it's not enough to stand out, but the ads that include a discount or sale perform well. Another lead magnet that works well is a free roofing estimate calculator on the website, and they enter their number or email before getting the cost.

Hi all - I've been struggling with keeping up a consistent content presence across LinkedIn, X, and even email newsletters and I believe some people here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and here’s a super simple way I found to solve it: 1. Set up a free n8n account to automate your workflows. 2. Use the 'Content Repurposer' template: it takes a YouTube video link, extracts the transcript, and automatically generates LinkedIn, X, and email newsletter posts using AI. 3. Connect your Google Sheet to save all the generated content in one place for easy scheduling and tracking. 4. All you need is an OpenAI API key (pay-as-you-go, super cheap) and a Google account. If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps you 🙏

Google ads advice needed
Hey everyone, I am running google ads for the first time for a client, he has a roofing company. My main question is if I should put the different services he offers (roof replacements, roof repairs, etc.) into two different ad groups in one campaign, or into two campaigns entirely? If I do two different campaigns should I just split the budget 50/50? If I put the services into different ad groups I am worried that it will spend more money on one service, but I am worried splitting the adspend on two different campaigns will affect the results negatively. Thanks in advance.

@Patrick James What would you recommend for the budget? No average cpc, because no clicks or impressions yet after 48 hrs. I think the bottle neck is that there is not enough search volume for the keywords I entered, or at least that's what it says.
