I Didn’t Realize How Much My Environment Was Affecting Me
I didn’t realize how much my environment was affecting me… The things I watched, the people I listened to, even the conversations I entertained daily. At some point, I started being more intentional: - Protecting my energy - Choosing what I consume - Spending more time building instead of just scrolling That alone started shifting my mindset and how I see opportunities. Still a work in progress, but definitely growing. Have you ever noticed how your environment affects your energy?

Design your reality with knowledge and awareness, that's the key. But how? Full blown dopamine detox (or vipassana retreat which is basically the same) at least for 42 hours to 10 days. Long term dopamine reduction after that. With clarity, silence and space to allow the creative powers to inspire you analyze your life. Set a goal and use Socratic reasoning many times to find your drive vacuums (the reasons why you want to attain such goal to a very fundamental level, if you ask "why" enough you'll probably end up arriving at a core childhood wound or at an existential and transcendental answer, don't be afraid to go deep, like Nietszche said "A man can bear alsmost any HOW as long as he has a WHY.' this is where you find your why). Then you identify the components of reality associated with that goal and map out all the limiting beliefs regarding such components of reality. Example: I want to make a million dollars with my business. What are the components of reality related to such thing? Money, business, sales (perhaps). Ok... what are my beliefs with regard to these components of reality? "Sales are hard", "Money is hard to make", "Money doesn't grow on trees", "Selling to someone is a bad thing". Well... clearly these are the beliefs of someone VERY unsucesful at business and making money. How would the beliefs of a sucessful person would look like? The polar opposite. So I just flip those beliefs on their head. Then I reverse engineer to actionable steps the goal I set. Use the drive vacuums and the new beliefs combined with some vision boards and a manifesto of who I am becoming and write down vaguely and on a summerized the past chapters of my life as if it were a movie and I were the main character (because I am... you are!) and then start writing down as well the future chapters. Then, with a clear vision and purpose... just focus on that main actionable step that will bring me close to the goal and everything else shouls support that and make the process enjoyable.

have you ever experienced the power of group intention with meditation? You could FEEL the energy of us all doing it together With all the craziness happening in the world I believe NOW is a time that we come together in mind and heart coherence to set a vision for what timeline or energy we want to experience I believe much of what happens on the planet keeps people in fear and anger and when our energy is dispersed and incoherent.. We look to authority to tell us what to do With all the “documents” released recently this is not longer woo woo tin foil hat assumptions We must come together and raise our vibration together to then experience the reality we want! This is why for the first time in 5 years… I am going to run a LIVE 21 day Raise Your Vibration Challenge! We will be raising our base point vibration from the inside out AND using the power of group energy to not only transform our lives, but also set the intention and vision for what kind of world we want to be in Would you want to join? Mind and heart coherence is one of the most important things you can actually optimize for. I have realized that my mind is way sharper when I'm eating the right foods. I used to believe that with meditation alone I could get it all sorted but I body, mind and soul are a full holistic system. When you take care of the body consistently the mind functions better and the mind is the powerful bridge between body and soul. I have come to experience my highest vibrational frequency states and altered states of consciousness when I have had optimal hormonal balance, perfect diet locked in (it's not what most people think, vegetables are actually filled wiht anti-nutrients like oxalates, phitic accids and lectins, best foods are organic grassfed meat, eggs, fat, A2 dairy products and fruits but only seasonally) and physical exercise regularly...

@Jayeson Vance 100%! That's actually a really good insight. Also the way the animal lived throughout its life is really important, animals that feed properly and have the oportunity to freely roam across open and unpolluted spaces are a thousand times healthier than the ones kept in a dark cage in massive complexes treated as part of an assembly line instead of as an actual living thing. This health in the animal translates into the quality of what you'll consume from it.
Day 8 - Question
I am seeking guidance on how to release resentment toward the time, opportunities, love that may have been lost while I was simply surviving and protecting myself.

I cannot love what I don't understand and I cannot understand what I don't at least know. This resentment comes from not accepting something painful. Pain is unavoidable but suffering is only optional. I'd actually love to talk with you about this subject. I'm surpirsed of your level of awareness to be able to perceive this.
Making energetic changes
Making many energetic changes does result in people treating you differently. Some good and some bad. My daughter was suddenly worried about me and I had not seen her. And a normally gentle friend lost it when I didn’t get upset over yesterday’s world events. I was aware of what happened but didn’t feel I need to dig in and investigate all the opinions and speculations…she lost her …composure. Interesting!

People expect certain reactions from us and a lot of them will actually get upset or uncomfartable at the fact that we are no longer the person they knew, that we are evolving into something new. All low vibrational emotions can be traced back to fear, and all high vibrational emotions can be traced back to love. When my life starting to change so radically because I was consistently improving with my daily practices (working out, reading and meditating) body, mind and soul... I started drifting away from my old friend's circle and entered into a season of conscious and chosen solitude, at times wasn't great, but it was exactly what I needed to grow and find my people on the other side. Now I live in Bali and I had never had such a rich social life and more deeply rooted connections and wonderful people in my life that I can truly call my family, you know?
Embodied Spirituality 👁️
Let go of all high level spiritual concepts... Stop overthinking... Stop flodding yourself with complex ideas... Just build a timetable with 3 core habits: Workout for the body. Read for the mind. Meditation and gratitude journaling for the spirit. Nothing crazy, nothing fancy. Do it as soon as you wake up. Make sure it takes you less than 1 hour in total (in the beginning and build your way upwards from there). Workout? 10 push-ups and slowly work your way up from there. Reading? Atomic Habits by James Clear and only two pages per day as a minimum standard. Don’t force it more than that for now. Meditation? You were doing 5 minutes? Bump that up to 6 and you can use the timer from the free app called Medito. Gratitude journaling? Write on a notebook, on physical paper 3 simple things you are grateful for, every day different things. They don’t have to be especial or big. Example: I’m grateful for this cellphone from which I’m writing to you because it allows me to do work wherever I am and helps me connect to a boundless source if information like the internet. I’m grateful for the amazing conversation I had today with Vlad and the beautiful view of the sunset from my favorite rooftop in Canggu that we got to experience. I’m grateful for the collaboration I’ll start doing with David and for getting him inside my program today for 5555€ and his commitment to go through this first stage and finish it up to start also the 90 days program afterwards. You see? Do this… Not intangible random stuff like loving “everything” all the time. To learn to Will what God WILLS you must first learn to take absolute personal responsibility for your life and use your own will to attain the things that you desire. We must learn to walk before we try to run, brother. Trust me on this. Don’t give yourself to ideas and abstract concepts or they will rule your life from the shadows instead of being your tools for the attainment of a more fulfilling life. PS: This was a message I sent to one of my clients recently and I thought to share it with you all for whoever might benefit from it.

@Lexus Persson holistic self-improvement coaching clients after two weeks of consistency on their timetables, working out, reading and mediatting would actually realize they were in control of their own lives, would of the sudden start developing confidence because confidence is a proxy for competence, and when you are taking small but consistent steps towards the right direction, when you have said you would do something and you start consistently doing it... all of the sudden you develop trust in your own word and the believe that you can do ANYTHING with enough time and repetitions, that you can actually improve and that you can be disciplined because discipline is a skill that is built over time, one small step at a time. The one thousand miles' journey begins with one single step.
