Now that I have been here for a week and I have had time to explore and start my own community, I am updating my introduction post! Hi! I am Elizabeth! I am a mental health therapist full-time. I am a grammy and a late diagnosed ADHDer. It never occurred to me that I had ADHD until my daughter made a joke about me having it. I was like, "No, I don't have that. I get stuff done." She looked at me and said, "Where is your coffee right now?" When it really hit me was doing individual therapy with teen girls with ADHD - it's like looking in a mirror. My ADHD affects my daily life. I have typical symptoms. I only really get tasks done with a deadline and then I outperform. My goal in this community and on Skool is to be a part of a community and to create a community of like minded people and share years of knowledge and lived experience.

Was able to get some good outreach done today. Working on Skool growth operating and helping Skool owners grow their community. Was able to reach out to about 10 Skool owners offering some value. This is huge because this is the most efficient way at the moment I will be able to get my next 1:1 consulting client!! Will update yall when I land my next client! Also, had a dope call yesterday with a potential Skool owner in the personal development niche....Just waiting for that payment to drop so I can go to work!!! Wish me luck yall!
