Today's Thought
Our inner spirit and gut wisdom can guide us daily, although we have to slow down enough to hear them. That is the hard part in a busy life. Years ago, intuition was part of normal living because people lived closer to the land, the weather, the seasons, and the needs of the body. Today, we tend to barrel through life, right past the breath, right past the pause, and right past the quiet signals around us. Nature is still teaching, although we often move too fast to notice. When we stop, listen to the wind, watch the soil, notice the birds, and pay attention to our own body, we begin to come back into harmony with the cycles of life itself.

@Jim Flach about right response: yes. but... we have a conversation with jon about sth. similar: actions-choices-outcomes-shortterm-longterm-consequences-immediate-not even shown up yet-good vs. evil etc:) and the thought-process behind... so how does 1 really know the right response? and how do 2 or more people wanting apparently the same, end up with very different conclusions/responses/choices (and there4 also good or bad consequences)?

@Phillip Greenwood i have a simcard, where i am reachable, but in a 2G old'skool'-seniorphone >where you can still feel+hear the "klick+klack" when you press the buttons:) and with my very old 4G (smart/dumb)phone on+off i use wifi, when i need internet.
Calm before the storm
In an exceptional year of abundance, when it seems that any seed that falls from your pocket grows and flourishes, I can't help thinking, this is too easy, and where's the catch? It's not just my garden that's doing well, all around in nature life is thriving, lush and vibrant. Nature always balances out is this the redressement for the bad times we have had, or a sign of the natural world making it's seed bank, strengthening it's larder and preparing for hard times to come.

something like that yes. it is simple, but not easy... we can still be good, whatever happens. the worst experiences can be overwhelming. the best too. > be the calm even in the middle of the storm < ~the light in the dark~
how many times a day...
apparently the earth moves 1x around herself in a day. how many times a day do i/you move around? (to be continued...)

... and the breath directly connects to the heart/heartrate. if i slow down my breath, my heartrate goes down too (and vice versa) and that effects all my and others organs, systems etc. within+around us >>> domino-effect ripple-effect maharishi-effect butterfly-effect ~~~ do you know how fast/slow the earth breathes? how often her heart beats? normally+naturally... without all the doing to her/on her/with her?

and do you know your own personal heartbeat? and how slow/fast you personally breathe? in your normal+natural state... without all the doing by you/to you/on you + without all the outside influences? ***** explore
This is why we can’t have nice things…

@Jim Flach that would not be called love. but sth. else. and not a nice thing. and as 4 hope: i would hope your neighbors too can know all that.
Truth and kindness belong together.
Came across this today. Made me wonder, are we teaching our children classical wisdom. Classical wisdom is the old, time-tested teaching that helps people live with better judgment, stronger character, clearer thinking, and deeper purpose. It is not just old books. It is the steady wisdom passed down through scripture, history, philosophy, literature, nature, family practice, and lived experience. Classical wisdom teaches us how to become the kind of person who can think clearly, choose wisely, and live with purpose.

blessings everyone. truth can be: personal collective universal universally speaking: truth+kindness belong together, yes. but there are collective+personal truths that would consider universal truth unkind. as truth is also bitter and hurts. truth still is kind+compassionate (looking at the bigger picture and serving a higher purpose) but it will mostly not be received/seen as such. and as for teaching: children teach us wisdom. more than the other way round (and mostly unacceptable for grownup ego's). and regarding what we all learn (and also copy/not copy or follow/not follow) from eachother: it happens mainly through observation. meaning: much more through other's actions+behavior+choices than words. does it all align/lign up or is it preaching water, drinking wine? and i have not even met 1 handful of people onlife (as well as online) that really mean what they say and also do. that really stay true to their word. and that is true. but personally, collectively, universally? and kind/unkind? i can not say or count that...
