Has anyone ever tried using this brand of yarn on your machine? It’s a 4 medium weight yarn and my machine doesn’t grab the yarn so I’ve done 20 rows by pushing the yarn to each hook to make it grab it

@Kim Thompson-Pinder, and everyone, for pouring out my family drama in this group. I am trying to get a handle on it. It’s never been this bad before and I simply don’t know what to do, other than go home early. I will try my hardest to limit my words to only CKM and the like. I’m sorry. 😞

What is everyone working on today,I have a order for a pair mitts,headband and 2 scarves,all done on my Addi machines.No markets left for me,so I will finish up these items and decide what to try next,still no buttons..Have a wonderful day in whatever you decide to do enjoy the moment 😊🧶

Have you ever fallen in love with a Yarn you’ve been gifted? So I’ve tried a lot of yarn before and just use whatever I can get, but I was gifted this Emu Funfair swirl dk yarn a while ago by another craft group friend of mine who wasn’t using it anymore. I absolutely fell in love with it when I made a scarf, so believe my surprise when she gave me another full ball of it and some extra. It’s so soft and works up so nicely, the stripes it makes just look amazing. I’ve now ordered some of my own in different colours, so I can’t wait for it to arrive. I’m currently attempting to make one of the knitmas shawls with it, I’m looking forward to seeing how it comes out at the end

Night everyone, I won't be about much tomorrow, I've got breast surgery appointments tomorrow. It's a 3 hr appt! For scans , xray and biopsy. And then a meeting at my sons current school about his autism needs where I'll be letting them know he's not going back in January due to their negligence... so a fun filled day for me!
