๐ŸŒŸ Celebrating Our Newest Rising Stars! ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿงถ๐Ÿ’›
One of my favorite things to see is new members jumping into the community, introducing themselves, sharing projects, asking questions, and encouraging others. When you reach Level 2, it means you're no longer just watching from the sidelinesโ€”you're becoming part of the community. ๐Ÿ’› Today we'd like to celebrate these members who have joined since June 1st and have reached Level 2 or higher: ๐ŸŽ‰ @Vanessa Hammond ๐ŸŽ‰ @Kelly Neal ๐ŸŽ‰ @Katlin Richardson ๐ŸŽ‰ @Bonnie Newman ๐ŸŽ‰ @Miriam Poorman ๐ŸŽ‰ @Bernadette Harlow Truman ๐ŸŽ‰ @Teresa Raimo Thank you for participating, sharing, learning, and helping make this community such a welcoming place for everyone. ๐ŸŽ New Members - Don't Forget Your Rewards! If you've recently moved up a level, make sure you visit the Classroom and check out the Rewards Area. As you move through the levels, you'll unlock special bonuses and rewards along the way. Many members earn rewards and completely forget to claim them! ๐Ÿ˜„ ๐Ÿ’ก How Do You Earn Points? This surprises a lot of new members! You don't earn points simply by posting. You earn points when other members engage with what you post. That means when someone: ๐Ÿ’› Likes your post ๐Ÿ’› Comments on your post ๐Ÿ’› Responds to a question you asked ...you earn points. And the wonderful thing is that it works both ways. When you take the time to: ๐Ÿงถ Comment on someone else's project Answer a question Encourage a fellow member ๐ŸงถWelcome someone new You're helping them earn points too! It's one of the reasons our reward system encourages members to support each other rather than compete against each other. The more we interact, the more everyone benefits. ๐Ÿ’› Thank you to all of our new members who are making the effort to jump in and participate. We're so glad you're here! Please help me congratulate our newest Level 2+ members in the comments below! ๐Ÿ‘‡๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿงถ๐Ÿ’›

Question: To Sleepy Bear Makers
I am making my second attempt at making a Sleepy Bear. How do I know if I have the right amount of stuffing? My first attempt was too much and made it hard to get the arms and legs right. I think giving me an idea of how far apart the tips of the fingers when pressed hard together. Maybe like an inch apart? 2 inches? Maybe in centimeters for those who operate in metric.? Or some other way so I can determine how much is too much or not enough. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. TIA.

What I normally do is stuff the head first until it makes a nice shape that is firm but soft and not hard. If your stitches stretch youโ€™ve done too much. Add the drawstring and shape the neck then stuff the body until it looks in proportion to the head but not hard. Hope it helps.

Would you like me to do a pattern for her?

Four Chill Pills
These are all four of the chill pills Iโ€™ve made. The yellow and green one I made last week. The other three I just did in the past few days. I may have to find a different way to do the eyes, or find different eyes. Even though I have hot glue on the back of them, the pink and purple one and the green and blue one gave me a hard time. The eyes kept trying to fall through the spaces. I may need to use bigger eyes, in which case Amazon here I come! lol ๐Ÿ˜† The other picture shows the mess that I have in my plastic bin. The jar is actually fiber fill. And if I open the lid, itโ€™s all gonna fall out. lol but this just shows you why I need a yarn winder, and soon! I donโ€™t really want to spend the money right now, but I might have to just to fix this mess.

They are great. You can get mixed eye packs for very little money from Temu or Amazon Haul.
