To all the parents struggling to stay consistent — this is for you 🤍
If you have kids, your days don’t belong fully to you anymore — and that’s okay. Missing workouts, eating late, or putting yourself last doesn’t mean you’re careless or undisciplined. It means you’re human and you’re caring for others. But here’s the reminder you need today: Your health matters too. Consistency doesn’t mean 1-hour workouts or perfect meals. It looks like: • 10 minutes of movement while your child plays • finishing your meal instead of skipping it • choosing home food over junk most days • restarting without guilt after a rough day Your kids don’t need a “perfect” parent — they need a healthy, present one. Taking care of yourself is not selfish, it’s necessary. 💬 Parents, tell us: what’s the hardest part of staying consistent for you?

breakfast: 2 boiled egg with brown bread Lunch: 1 bowl cucumber black chnna salad and 3/4th roti with salan Dinner: small to medium sweet potato Water before meal ✅

After done with fajar prayers, i sense aroma of parathass Ahhhh at once i feel out of control 😆but then i talk to my self : Dhiko agar khana chahti hu to khaa lo koi baat nai me tmhe restrict nai kar rahi hun but kick start hai to agr thora wait kar lo kia khyal hai then i overcome alhumdulilah
