Assalamu walaikum, I'm Sadia Ali Rafa, I'm 25year old. Height 5feet, current weight 75kg. I'm Masters student also doing a desk job on weekdays, 10AM to 9PM, 2hr lunch break. I'm from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have PCOS. I have no Physical Activity, I try to keep me motivated but feel lethargic, demotivated and less confident on me.

Am not sure how you’re supposed to post here …. Is it at the end of the day ( meal posts, workout posts …steps ) or we just keep posting everytime we eat: breakfast, lunch , dinner . Etc Kindly explain someone …. Also are there timings to post ? Or we can post 24 hours? 12 hours ?
