Aiming for an aesthetics body, pretty sure strength comes hand in hand with calisthenics, i can rep out about 20 pushups at a time and 6-7 pullups, What i want is a consistent workout plan for throughout the weak that i should do, for now the only one i do consistently is a core workout on fridays, doing chris heria's 30 min core workout tho i cant last the entire thing my abs die out in the first few exercises, i can do 5 days a week
