Calisthenics workout
Aiming for an aesthetics body, pretty sure strength comes hand in hand with calisthenics, i can rep out about 20 pushups at a time and 6-7 pullups, What i want is a consistent workout plan for throughout the weak that i should do, for now the only one i do consistently is a core workout on fridays, doing chris heria's 30 min core workout tho i cant last the entire thing my abs die out in the first few exercises

Why did you guys start training?
I think everyone has a story. Mine was that I wanted to be more confident and have more defined arms haha. How about y'all boys? What got you into training? And also a side questions, do you guys also teach other how to work out? Like some sort of coaching?

Basic reason, but good enough to me is to look good, at one point i got the motivation i needed to completely devote myself and broke free of the inconsistent devotion to this, tho i have a veryyy long way to go even then
