Bunching Long sleeves, Sweaters, Henleys, etc.?
We all roll our long sleeves from time to time. In button-ups it is (at least for me) very straight forward but when it comes to sweaters, henleys and others I had a thought a few days ago looking in the mirror and it might be a bit “too detail focused”. However I still wanted to ask if anyone has thought about that or even has some “rules” established for themselves: When you pull up your sleeves “Do you make sure how the bunched up sleeves look on your upper arms?” As in: do you evenly try and distribute the fabric? Bunch everything in the bottom or the upper part? Or maybe some crazy combination? (Examples provided below) Appreciating your insights! 😄

@Ahmed Moharram me too!
Hey Quitter!
Did that word hit a nerve? Hopefully, I didn’t trigger you too badly 🙂 So we just passed "Quitter's Day" - January 12th…. It’s the day most people abandon their New Year’s resolutions. Are you part of the 80% who’s already given up? Well……here's the plot twist Quitting can be a GREAT strategic decision. Toxic relationship? Quit it. Your business been losing money for 15 months? Quit it. Quitting isn’t always a failure. Sometimes it’s the right thing to do. But yet if someone called me a quitter….well I’d tell them to go fu…. themself 🙂 The reality is our cultural obsession with “never giving up.” can get us in trouble. So when to quit? Well, thankfully decision strategist Annie Duke has a simple 3 step formula: 1. The future benefits don’t outweigh the costs. If the payoff down the road isn’t worth the grind, why keep grinding? 2. Your “kill criteria” have been met. Didn’t hit your benchmarks or timelines? Time to move on without guilt. 3. The game has changed. If new information makes your original plan irrelevant, pivot like a pro. Does that make sense? I explain it more in detail here in my video: Click here to watch my short video on When To Quit vs When to Keep Going But what if you DON’T want to quit?What if you’re going after something that really matters to you? What if this year is THE YEAR you become the man you know yourself to be? Well according to research these are the five things that keep successful men on track: 1. Clear Direction. A “Vivid Vision.” It’s knowing exactly where you’re headed—and why. 2. Supportive Community. Ever noticed how much easier group fitness or team sports feel? Winning cultures create winning mindsets. 3. Step-By-Step Plan. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to overthink the process. Give us the blueprint, and we’ll execute. 4. Accountability. If you don’t do what you need to do, who are you going to disappoint? Having a coach & peers checking in on you often forces you to show up and step up.

Thanks for the great video! Remember: the picture (or perspective) only hits, if the mirror fits 🤷‍♂️
Monday Peacoat
Today I am going with another peacoat. I like this one from Banana Republic because they took the traditional peacoat and made it more office ready with a softer wool and a more tailored cut. Perfect for casual outdoors and the office, this is one of my most versatile and warmest coats.
