Is the knowledge base working or not?

@Halie Bot, @Mike Copeland Just tried to create a new Ai Assistant, and one was created quickly, but it is empty. Is this normal? what's the new procedure to create a new AI Assistant?

Hey guys, is it possible for chat agents in Assistable to send GIFs? Maybe by using a custom tool to get them and send them? I'm building a follow up sequence in GHL workflows, using the Assistable 'chat follow up node'. For some follow ups, I would want the agent to send specific GIFs as instructed. Is this possible @Jorden Williams ?

Hey guys, I'm attempting to create a voice agent that is able to detect the language the user is speaking in/or the language the user prefers, then continues the conversation speaking in said language. The voice agent should be fluent in three languages: English, Malay and Mandarin. I've tried prompting this in the agent but it doesn't work to the extent I need it to. Has anyone achieved this sort of functionality before? And any suggestions on how to prompt this into the agent if not?
