I am not a horse, but I am wondering if this is Stable?
I'm in the process of taking on a new customer (one of a few in the pipeline), and... I've got ANXIETY. - Will this be stable enough to deliver on the promises I made when I pitched this product to them? - Will I set something up for it to fail after I have gone live with this? I am also at a loss, the contextualised demo, which was working previously, does not work with the current set up. The prompts are not read from a custom field in GHL and the title of the customer field that is located inside the curly brackets are what is read out to the client participating in a demo. I really want this to work, and after having reached out Jorden, he said that he had something that could help with this, I've really not heard anything. Support, even though they are polite and professional, have not been able to find a work around for this or let me know why it's not working. I have live ads, live customers and I am actually in a panic about what is going to happen with the customers I do have and the ones that I have pitched to. The voice bots once set up and are tested, in my experience, fail, hallucinate, mis pronounce words, don't use the correct tool calls, the tool calls have to be set up in different ways, taking up more of the prompt window, the list goes on. The speak over the user on the phone, they change voice mid way through a call, they don't utilise the knowledge banks correctly. I'm trying to be patient, but not heard anything back since the 3rd week of February from @Jorden Williams , I know there is a BIG PUSH for V3, but I am a CURRENT customer, caught in the no mans land cross fire of current system issues, and wether you regard this as a RANT or not, I'm just trying to get some help, so that I can carry on running a business with the model that I pivoted to last year based on what the software delivered on. I'm not trying to make my problem your problem, because, essentially it's not, but I am looking for clarity and support.

I have soft reset and hard reset the OAUTH. The custom field value was being displayed exactly as this: {{contact.self_selling_objective}} I have even modified the Prompt as per advice from Support to be the following so it doesn't read the content of the brackets. No consistency in the prompt being followed, sometimes it even reads it's identity out, or the execution rules.

Hubspot Integration & Telephony-As-A-Service
we've got it working in hubspot and salesforce via a native caller and SMS provider with us. This is for AI use and non-AI use. At my last role, we used hubspot and paid 5 figures to a company just to make calls - crazy... And, we get a lot of requests to decouple / ingest other CRMs etc. etc. So, we put a lot of time into re-thinking how we built the platform and where we need to be for you and our clients. So, the reason a lot of this is taking forever is because we are focusing on building from ground up for modular tech that is built to scale and easy to integrate. So, we have full A2P, telephony controls, and sub-account connection to hubspot with FULL 2-WAY SYNC - shortly after salesforce, fub and others. this should come shortly after front end migration and on sister-platforms shortly after.

long dev cycle but we've rebuild the platform from the ground up along compliance audits. its a lot. but, something we have put into product for managed clients is the production version of flow builder for voice and chat. I know a lot of people have wanted this for some time, we have to.

Apple Call Screening
Hi Team, I love Apple, but I also hate them as a business owner! Has anyone found a work around for the Apple Call Screening Greeting? Or is this something that is being worked on by the team at Assistable? It's causing two of my clients a large amount of grief, and the fear is always that they will stop the sub with us if they don't deem the calls to be successful in connecting to their clients! @Jorden Williams and team, any help is appreciated!
Knowledge Bases Not Active?
Hi there, Are knowledge bases currently active or not? Seems as though VOICE KB is not pulling information through. @Jorden Williams - i've got a few accounts this is not active on, but one major one that is thinking of pulling sub from us. Any help would be greatly appreciated KR, Vish
