Cold Weather rides
Given that I spend a fair portion of the year on studded tyres and in sub zero temperatures, I thought I’d start a little thread on people’s favourite tips and tricks for cold weather rides. Here’s a few of my favourite things: Barmitts - neoprene sleeves to go over your handlebars to keep your hands warm. I only need thin gloves inside these unless it gets down to about -10 as it did this morning; neoprene overshoes and winter boots (I even have some heated insoles for heavy subzero days; clothing wise I’ve found that the availability of clothing using polartec has been a game changer in terms of warmth. Feel free to post any tips, ideas or ask any questions.

Bling Matthews Podcast is Live
I'd a chance to sit down face to face with bling in Monaco. One of my favourite podcast conversations. This was the type of conversation i dreamt about when I started the podcast. Feels a little surreal to see it coming into reality. Hope you enjoy it šŸ™

Carb fuelling
Coaches Came across this today https://www.instagram.com/p/DTxwuVJFQIV/?img_index=12&igsh=MWYybXZkNnhtMWh1dg== Basically saying we got it all wrong with the emphasis of high carb fuelling on workouts. Interested in your thoughts

This is nothing new. Phil Maffetone has been preaching this sort of doctrine for years.
Did you rock your workout today?
I want to start today's daily accountability because I feel like I rocked my over/unders. No problemo.
