Heavyweight Motivation (Statics + Freestyle)😮‍💨
A few days back, I did an outdoor session outside in -1 degrees. But that's not the craziest part... Right before that, I weighed in at 93kg, which is the heaviest I have ever been. Despite this, I performed inanely well. So definitely check it out if you want some motivation❤️‍🔥

Its really hard to name only 3 atheletes In my opinion the best in push : valentin otz - bruno fucacci - calisrama Best in pull : onizuka - mani - ugo otz Honorable mentions : - Akira has the best floor - Leevan - Ivan andreev (aesthetic style smooth and unique transitions and crazy balance) - Nathan - Melvyn and illiese are very well rounded

One year transformation
Wow I can’t believe it is already been one whole year since I started working out with calisthenics since October-November 2024! Man time flies like literally. Just like Sokka:). Ok well I have a photo of me some years ago which is the most accurate on how I looked before doing calisthenics then I have some photos of my progress which I took like 6 months after starting and I am going to like have a video of those photos if you want to see it it’s not mandatory and today I took another photos. One thing to have in mind is that the photos in the video I took them with bad lighting so they don’t look that good. I know I am far from being really good physic but I am actually happy with the progress I have at the moment.

Secret hack to predict the outcome of your workouts👀
If you know already before a session how well recovered you are and how hard you can push your body. You have a much better chance of adjusting the intensity accordingly.🤌 A great way of doing this is with explosive reps. This can for example, be with pushups, dips, pullups or even mucle ups. So during the warmup you do 1 set (Not of failure) but as explosive as possible. Depending on how fast you can do the reps and how it feels, you will get a good estimate of your potential for that session. I explain it in more detail in the video below.👇

Thats a really really useful tip, better than jumping straight into attempts and then getting frustrated or in worst cases injured
