Most people join this community excited… and quietly get stuck within weeks.
Not because they’re lazy. Not because they lack ambition. But because they try to learn everything at once instead of mastering one starting point. Here’s something that changed how I approach any new space: Instead of asking, “How do I succeed here? ”Ask, “What is the one action that moves me forward this week? Progress compounds when focus is narrow. For new members :Don’t overwhelm yourself. Pick one area. One skill. One process. Start there. For existing members: Remember what confused you in the beginning. That insight could help someone today. Now let’s make this real: If you’re new, what’s the one thing you’re unsure about right now?If you’ve been here longer, what’s one lesson you wish you understood earlier? Drop it below. Let’s turn confusion into clarity together.

@Audrey Williamson i am also thinking about the similar lines😀
I’m thrilled to be here!
Hi everyone, I was reading a book by Dan Sullivan, saying that doing things in your life ten times bigger is more meaningful and motivating than doing them twice as big. This inspired me wanting to invest in myself and do the strategy that I long thought would make sense, the commercial to residential conversion. I can’t wait for the Bootcamp to learn and implement the knowledge and go 10 times faster in my life.

Couldn’t agree more @Nilufar Khazali 👍
The Pressure Is REAL… and Most People Are Quietly Struggling With It
Between rising interest rates, new regulations dropping every other month, and the cost-of-living crisis squeezing EVERYONE…The truth is this: A lot of people in our community are one unexpected bill away from serious financial stress, but nobody talks about it. While landlords are being hit with stricter compliance rules…While investors are facing tighter lending criteria…While families are paying more for food, fuel, and housing… Most people feel like they're working harder yet somehow falling further behind. If you’ve ever felt like the system keeps shifting the goalposts, you’re NOT alone. Regulation is tightening. The economy is unstable. Societal pressure is heavier than ever. And pretending it’s “fine” isn’t helping anyone. But here’s the part nobody admits: 👉 People are scared of making the wrong move, so they make NO move at all. 👉 They want financial security, but the path feels confusing. 👉 They know they need change, but they’re overwhelmed by the noise. Sometimes the biggest pressure isn’t the economy…It’s the feeling that you’re facing it by yourself.

@Marigold Henshaw Pressure makes people break or thrive, it all depends on how an individual take it to get out of the comfort zone and have a clarity plan to move forward
MONDAY MINDSET
Have you ever been like me and so many other people who fear making mistakes? My fear of getting it wrong means I don't take action, I'm not good enough or not ready. But my real frustration comes from staying stuck because I'm too afraid to try. What we all really want is progress: confidence, competence, and the ability to handle whatever comes our way. The truth is mistakes increase our experience… and experience decreases our mistakes. Every setback teaches us something. Every wrong turn sharpens our judgement. Every lesson we learn becomes someone else’s shortcut - because when we learn, others get to learn from us. So stop running from mistakes. Start learning through them. 👉 What’s one mistake you can reframe today as a lesson, not a failure?

Very true @Jonathan Stobbs people learn from own experiences and learn from others mistakes as long as we keep learning that matters the most 👍
3 Income Streams from One Property
This is why I love property. A single deal can generate three different types of return: 1. Monthly rent (cashflow) 2. Equity uplift (add value, buy well) 3. Refinance (release capital to do it again) If you're thinking long-term, this is the strategy.
