Bro its really impressiv that you can hold a straddle. So your are not that far away from full. What I can say to you is have a masterplan and trust the process. Enjoy your Training even if you have bad days enjoy it . When you have an Injurie its part of the game. Dont overthink. Just trust the Process and the Most Import thing is trust yourself. You are able to do it. Things that are hard to get have a high value. Noting is in front of your door so keep grinding man. Just do it. Let goooo man
Mass building
I am 185 cm tall and weigh 66 kg, does anyone have any advice on how to gain muscle mass. Some advice on what foods to add to diet.

Its important that you are gaining weight clean. So game changer for me are dates with butter and dark choclet, nuts and honey. These are simple snacks you can add to your diet.
Forearm pain
Sometimes during one arm pull up training I have forearm pain that stops me to end the rep. Should I strenght the forearms muscles if yes what exercises do you suggest or do you have any other advice?

Yes strenght your forarms. I do it with dumbles and bands. The Band is so good because you can hit every little muscel in your forarm. Arm Wrestler have really strong arms they are doing exercises with the band. Check out Devon larret
Shoulder pain after training muscle ups
Hi guys. I can do fairly decent muscle ups (legs together, minimal kip), but the day after I train my shoulders are destroyed, like I can’t train anything else for 1-3 days. Any advice would be good. I do a basic hanging warmup, into some round arm motions, and 2-3 sets of pull ups before doing 3-4 sets of muscle ups to failure.

I had the same issues until I warmed up my shoulder with the Band. Do light rotation pulls with the band.
